Se trata de una casa de estilo semi-rústico, es decir con decoración y apariencia rústica en su exterior pero construcción de calidad moderna y actual en su interior. Sin ningún tipo de gasto adicional: tanto la ecotasa como la electricidad, limpieza y otros posibles cargos están incluidos en el precio total. Piscina exterior totalmente privada. Actualmente la casa ya dispone de Internet por fibra óptica a la máxima velocidad (1Gb/s).

Todos los electrodomésticos y mobiliario son nuevos y de elevadas prestaciones. El ambiente de tranquilidad es único en toda la isla al estar la casa situada en una zona rural no masificada de rápido y fácil acceso con preciosas vistas al Puig de Randa y de La Bruixa. Asimismo la carretera y camino que conduce a la casa están asfaltados y en perfectas condiciones. Se trata así de un punto de localización ideal y estratégica para iniciar rutas ciclistas por el este de la isla. La ciudad de Palma se encuentra a tan solo 20 minutos en coche y la única y extensa playa virgen de Es Trenc está a tan solo 15 minutos. Asimismo la reserva natural de El Archipiélago de Cabrera puede visitarse desde la localidad adjunta a la playa de Es Trenc, La Colonia de Sant Jordi.

La casa se encuentra dividida en dos zonas diferentes, cada uno con su propia cocina y con 2 habitaciones con su propio baño equipado con toallas, jabón de manos, champus y papel wc. Aire acondicionado última generación marca Daikin frio/calor. En el gran salón se pueden disfrutar de 2 ambientes, cada uno con su propia cocina en cada extremo orientada a cada fin: una para cocinar con su salón-comedor y la otra orientada a usarse como bar con su salón acondicionado a la comodidad y relax con TV por satélite, tirador de cerveza The Sub de Heineken con primer barril de regalo y una fantástica mesa de billar inglés. Cada cocina se encuentra completamente equipada en ese aspecto y dispone de todo tipo de accesorios de limpieza, papel de cocina y condimentos.

Internet de alta velocidad y modernas Smart TV`s tanto en el salón como en las 2 habitaciones princìpales.

Toda la casa con sus diferentes ambientes es para uso exclusivo y privado de los huéspedes que la alquilen. Fantástica piscina elevada cerrada con una puerta de acceso de seguridad, ideal para disfrutar con niños, con su zona de hamacas, sombrilla y ducha. Zona de chill out. Se suministran variedad de flotadores, accesorios de piscina y playa así como toallas de playa. Parque infantil exterior y fantástico castillo hinchable disponible para alquiler por días. Terraza trasera equipada con Barbacoa de obra equipada. Variedad de juegos de exterior también para adultos (mesa de ping-pong, red de badminton, pista de futbito etc.....). Estanque con peces de colores, nenúfares y variedad de plantas acuáticas. Al ser parcelas separadas no hay vecindario.

Es muy sencillo orientarse desde la casa para desde ella poder visitar cualquier parte de la isla. El pueblo mas cercano es Llucmajor, a 2 kilometros, en donde se ofrecen todos los servicios. Obsequio a todos los nuevos huespedes, entre otras cosas, con el primer tanque de cerveza de 2 litros para el tirador de cerveza y con un fantástico vino tinto reserva.

A tan solo 5 minutos de la casa podrán disfrutar de una de las mejores instalaciones de la isla para relajarse durante horas: el Marriott Spa. Un lugar especialmente ideal para poder disfrutar durante el invierno o en los meses menos calurosos de tomarse un cálido baño de aguas termales o simplemente disfrutar de sus lujosas instalaciones de vapor, sauna, baños romanos y turcos o darse una fantástica sesión de masaje o incluso un servicio de estética integral. Asimismo a también solo 5 minutos el Polideportivo Municipal de Llucmajor ofrece instalaciones climatizadas de Piscina y un pequeño spa a un muy módico precio ( 5 euros le dan acceso a disfrutar todo el dia de sus instalaciones).

Por último añadir que la casa dispone de una fantástica iluminación eléctrica exterior tanto para los alrededores de la casa, piscina y barbacoa así como para todo la parte delantera del terreno para uso y disfrute de los huéspedes durante la noche.

El primer dia a la llegada de los huéspedes les recibiré personalmente para la entrega de uno o dos juegos de llaves de la casa y mando de la puerta automática de entrada a la parcela. Aunque la casa es en general muy sencilla, automatizada e intuitiva (todo es eléctrico) también les daré una rápida explicación del funcionamiento de algunas cosas básicas. En ese mismo momento yo me despido deseándoles una muy feliz y relajada estancia pero estaré disponible para los huéspedes siempre que me necesiten tanto via telefónica como personalmente. Si no es posible o no se desea el encuentro les dejaré las llaves en un buzón con código instalado en el exterior del alojamiento.

Jetzt, bei Ankunft des Winters, verstärken wir immer den Komfort, indem wir in allen Räumen eine zusätzliche Heizung installieren, die zusammen mit der Klimaanlage immer eine optimale Innentemperatur bietet, egal wie kalt sie draußen ist. Die Installation eines Whirlpools unter der Veranda auf der Seite des Hauses, wo der Billardtisch auch kommt. Vielen Dank und immer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
