Home description
This apartment in Phase 4 is highly furnished with comfort in mind. This phase is in an ideal location to all amenities and is only just a few minutes walk from the town centre, supermarket, gym, hairdressers, bank and golf club etc.
On the 1st floor, it is quickly accessible and is only a few steps away from the beautiful communal pool. Also available is a children's pool, shallow and smaller for their comfort. From the balcony you can watch the players as they pass the 17th hole, a very relaxing experience in the comfort of the home.
The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment, one double bed in one and the other bedroom has two single beds, which off course can be pushed together to form another double if required. The double bedroom has beautiful french doors which lead out onto the balcony and again has the pool side view.
The apartment has a spacious balcony which can be used in the evening to relax. It is equipped with a table, 2 single chairs and a double chair and also 2 loungers. It is beautiful on a warm evening to sit and relax out here in the peace and tranquility.
There is an additional double sofa bed in the lounge which also includes a 26" TV, DVD player, cd player, and sky tv (all u need to do is bring your card from home). There is a table and 6 chairs in the lounge also. The lounge and bedrooms are also equipped with full air-conditioning units, a must for the hot summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The bathroom also consists of sink, toilet, bath with an overhead shower. All towels and bed linen is supplied.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Murcia Spain with its about 300 000 habitants lies about 75 km south of Alicante about 30 km west of Torrevieja. The mild climate with very little precipitation year round and the diversified ecological landscape draws you into an incredible state of well-being. Its coast, with over 200 beaches, shares two different bodies of water: the Mediterranean and the Menor Sea, which has an outstretched piece of land called La Manga.
Murcia is the capital of the province and got its own University. The Mediterranean bathed region of Murcia, is not only known for its beautiful beaches, but also for a great number of natural beauties still to be discovered. It is precisely its natural charms and contrasts that makes Murcia outstanding from other regions.Natural open spaces that look like the most desolate deserts share common ground with lush fertile green lands like the valley of Segura and the valley of Guadaletin: modern residential neighbourhoods reaching out to connect with small medieval towns.
If you ever come to Murcia, please spend some time and discover the beauties of Cathedral de Santa Maria. When visiting the Murcia region, I would recommend a visit to the capital of the region, Carthagena and Caravaca de la Cruz.
Carthagena is a very historical city with an impressive Archaeological Museum which opens your eyes to the Iberian city of Mastia, which was the host home to different civilisations before it was converted into Cartago Nova, the settlement of the Romans and Carthaginians.
Caravaca de la Cruz has a splendorous history, folklore and architecture which can be seen by just walking around the town and in more detail in the different museums which wrap up the essence of this land: all for the price of one. Since 1998, Caravaca shares a permanent Jubilee Year with Rome, Jeruselem, Santiago de Compostela and Santo Toribio of Liebana. The Municipal Archaeological Museum is found in what used to be the Church of Our Lady of Solitude with its arched columns embracing you from every side.
Los Alcazares is well worth the visit and is a 15 min car journey. The area provides numerous bars,restaurants and supermarkets.
The Mar Menor beach and promenade are located here. A water sports centre operates off the beach and provides canoeing, jet ski-ing,sailing and much more. Shoppers can visit Dos Mares shopping centre which provides shopping, both food, clothes and souvenirs, right through to a large food hall where you have a hoice of 7 or 8 different food take aways. Its also great for the kids with a bowling alley, cinema and a games hall.
La Torre Golf Resort / Polaris World, La Torre area
This beautiful golf resort not only caters for the golf addict with the amazing 18 hole course, but is also great for familiy activities. You can spend your day at the pool, relaxing in the sun while the kids enjoy their splashing about in the water, or if your active why not go for a game of tennis on the 2 large courts only a few minutes walk from my apartment. You can also hire out bikes and spend some family fun driving around the course and around the resort.
How to get there
My property is approximately 15 minutes away from San Javier airport and 55 minutes from Alicante airport. My property is very easily accessed from both locations. With the use of both airports it provides a more flexible service to the individual, and enables you to access the best flight price. Jet2, Easyjet, Ryanair, Aerlingus are a few airlines that all fly there, I'm sure there are others. For car hire I have used several companies :- www.solmar.es , www.europcar.es, www.goldcar.es - you will get a very good price on any of these sites - again depending on your requirements and car size.

Further details indoors: Spacious fitted wardrobes in each room. Linen,towels and beach towels provided. Lift to all floors. Secure parking place in basement, mine is located right next to the lift. If you want to be picked up from the airport, this can be arranged. Grocery packs can be arranged also for your arrival if required. Cleaning & Laundry service. Professional Management team available on site. (English Speaking).
Further details outdoors: There is a beautiful outdoor pool and a baby pool right outside my apartment. This is great for kids of all ages. There is also a lift available for use and if needed for wheelchairs. There is a baby park located at the rear of my apartment which keeps the kids amused. A few streets down past where my apartment is, there are 2 large tennis courts which are great fun.
Conditions
I would prefer if smoking was prohibited in my apartment, off course this is permitted on the balcony.
You will be required to pay 30% deposit on booking and the balance to be made no later than 8 weeks before your arrival or earlier . I also require a deposit of £100.00 for any breakages that may happen. This will be fully refunded as soon as the inspection of the property has been done and we are happy that everything is in place.
You will be requiredto leave 55 euros on the table for cleaning.
