Our Luxury 5* Front line Townhouse is set against the backdrop of the beautiful Golf Resort. A choice of 3 terraces overlooking spectacular views where families and holiday makers can enjoy relaxing, sunbathing and eating Al fresco. Children have lots of choices with the nearby communal pools and playgrounds. The resort offers a lovely Town Centre with various activities for the whole family

The atmosphere is very Spanish and changes with the seasons, the gentle noises of the birds, frogs, crickets, fishes leaping in the lake, the striking golf clubs and the banter of golfers as they make their way round the course.

There is AC and Central Heating throughout the property.

Please advise if you want the single beds zipped up into very comfortable double beds

Hi Trip Advisor I am very dissapointed as we contacted you on 20/10/23 via the trip advisor help centre and completed the feedback as per this copy I e-mailed my keyholder Dear Trip advisor We wish to notify you of extremely unreasonable behaviour and now threats of a bad review from Client Jullian Basson booking reference BR29703685 Luxury 2 Bedroom Townhouse with Spectacular Views Sat, Oct 14 → Sat, Oct 21, 2023 She stayed with us on 16-30th April 23 as well with her husband- She was very unreasonable in April being very difficult with our Keyholder with reports of several problems which our keyholder sorted out some of which were caused by the client- putting a cleaner into the dishwasher then claiming it was leaking and faulty The wifi system was also disconnected during her stay (??by her) and required us to get the engineers to repair the system after she left She advised us some of the issues were related to her suffering with an Obsessive- compulsive Disorder. Our keyholder kept a log of the issues and we will submit this shortly- I am currently on holiday in Turkey and the keyholder is in the USA. We did not realise she had rebooked with us on this 2nd occasion. This time the problems started with her asking us to resend ALL the arrival info we had sent her as she had deleted it. she sent messages to my keyholder and mysely at 0300 on day 2 saying "she was cold, unable to sleep , did not have a king size duvet and had to use beach towels which she said were only fit for the floor" "second duvet had marks" The 4 bedded 2 bedroom property has ample duvets, throws and sheets with a central heating system and reversible AC/Heating system in place all of which the client and her mother could easily access The weather in Spain is still currently very warm 20-27 degrees in the day and we wonder if she had left the AC on overnight? All clients are asked to liaise with the keyholder directly if they have problems.She did and our keyholder has always responded promptly. despite the client not being present when she called or actively driving away when the keyholder arrived She complained the washing machine was not working- The keyholder advised her that she had not shut the door properly. She then texted me on 17th October ( only just seen) saying the keyholder was not responding to her and that I am ignoring her and threatening to put it on the review. We have responded promptly and professionally to each of her concerns in a timely fashion I have all her texts and emails and will send them to you on my return from Turkey on 24th October. Why can't I call Lionel / Nicole (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lionel / Nicole (the owner) a message.

If Lionel / Nicole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
