The Waters Edge home is our closest vacation home to Walt Disney World,only 5 minutes away! The Indian Wells Community borders Lake Buena Vista and HWY 192 in Kissimmee. You cannot ask for a more convenient spot to vacation. There are numerous restaurants of all cuisines minutes from the home.Disney's planned community of Celebration and Old Town are close by. Disney Springs is less then 10 minutes away.There is a Super Walmart open 24 hours within walking distance as well as a Publix grocery. Orlando outlet shopping also 5 minutes from the home. Quick easy access to I4,Osceola Parkway and the Greenway(417).The Waters Edge home boasts one of the largest pool and deck areas. It's easy to see why the Waters Edge home is a favorite among returning guests.The water view provides relaxation with privacy on both sides of the deck area. We were sorry to hear you had trouble with the slider door during your stay. The door has been repaired but please note we would have sent maintenance out immediately if we had known.We do not want our guests to be inconvenienced during their vacation. Our pools are serviced weekly and 24 hours in advance of a guest arrival. The afternoon summer thunderstorms with heavy rains can contribute to the appearance.Our vacation homes are self catering so although we stock the homes with starter supplies, toiletries and paper products are not included. We hope that your score of" 8 out of 10" means you will be returning in the future. We will certainly welcome the opportunity to ensure your next stay to be a "10 out of 10" Thank You Property Manager

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
