This quaint 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome sits amidst the splendor of Sunrise Mountain and is an excellent choice for an unforgettable ski trip with friends or family. Surrounded by the beauty of a lush forest, this condo rental in Killington is also great for a summer escape from the city, or a journey to enjoy the stunning Vermont fall foliage.

A Charming Mountainside Getaway

Cozy yet roomy, this ground floor rental boasts a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, a rustic living area complete with a fireplace and flat-screen television, and an outdoor deck. Whatever the season, enjoy the view from the windows out to the deck as you cook up a fantastic dinner after a long day of skiing, or a picnic lunch to bring along for your summertime adventure. The fireplace is perfect to sit around on a chilly night, and as an added perk, firewood is available for your use!

Each bedroom is uniquely decorated and features queen-sized beds, and flat-screen televisions if you want to unwind and watch one of the many channels from Comcast Cable in the comfort of your own room. There are two bathrooms, and one even has a whirlpool tub, which is terrific for taking a relaxing soak after a day of mountainside activities. In the living area, you'll find a pull-out sofa—there's also a DVD player and stereo if you want to listen to some music or put on a movie for the kids as you get ready in the morning. The property also features a washer and dryer, which can be quite convenient after a day of exploring the mountain!

If it's the wintertime, you'll love the property's ski-on/ski-off feature, which allows you quick access to hit the trails right from your front door, the Sunrise Lift doesn't require a lift ticket! There's also a shuttle that will take you to other trails.

In the summertime, hiking at the nearby Green Mountain is a fantastic option or rock climbing at Deer Leap. If you wish to explore Killington's bars, restaurants, and stores, you can get there in less than twenty minutes, and if you don't feel like traveling too far, there are some dining options in close vicinity.

***This property is pet-friendly, and well-behaved pets are always welcome! So, of course, there is no extra fee for bringing your pet. It is Sunrise home owner association bylaws state that your pet/s MUST always be on a leash at all times when outside. NEVER walk the dog on the ski trail. Dog waste MUST be picked up and disposed of properly. Please respect your neighbors, snow enthusiasts, and maintenance staff by cleaning up after your pet/s. Sustained dog barking from dogs left alone in units is unacceptable at any time.

This is really ski on ski off. We were not disappointed. The space was clean, well stocked kitchen and nice linens.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
