About the home

The villa is newly built, 2storey, self contained, 150sq/m. Our region is only 5km away from Argostoli, orientated between the mountainous part of the island and the coastal regions, giving unique views to the vast blue Ionian Sea. The villa is situated at the centre of the island, thus permitting easy access to every corner of it.

The villa has functional autonomy, independent external access and privacy, everything necessary for a pleasant comfortable stay. It is built with respect towards the environment.

The structure was based on stone and ceramic roof-tiles, combining traditional architecture and modern elements that promotes luxury and comfort. Surrounded by age-old olive trees and lash gardens. The element of water added by the private pool, completes the tranquillity and independence needed during ones vacation.

The capability of cycling around the region (rent-a-bike office next to the villa) helps you experience the magical scenery of nature. The villa is suitable for couples, families and groups of people up to 8pers.

The Ionian Islands region

The Ionian Islands are situated at the west part of Greece. The islands are Kythira, Zakynthos (or Zante), Kefalonia, Ithaka, Lefkada, Corfu and Paxoi. All of them are easily accessible by direct charter flights at summer time. Easily accesible by ship from Italy, too thus making them ideal for a bring-your-own-car vacation.

The culture of the Ionian islands is quite different from other islands of Greece and someone can easily notice the Italian-Venetian influence at the local culture and architecture.

The Kefalonia / Argostoli area

Kefalonia is the largest from the Ionian islands. It is very suitable for a family vacation as well as for groups of friends. You can find here, some of the most beautiful beaches all over the world including the famous Myrtos beach. The variety of the sand colours and the scenic views is extraordinary.

The mountain Ainos, with it's height (the highest mountain for an island of this size in Greece) creates unique contrasts with it's fir-tree (one of the rarest kinds). Also, the many geological phenomena (underground water current that pass from the west part to the east part of the island), underground lakes and caves (Melissani lake, Drongarati cave) are a great thing to visit and see.
