Only one of its kind seafront accommodation of four elegant self-catering villas, in Kefalonia, Greece, with private beach, pools & gardens...and a stunning view over the Ionian Sea!

Villa 4 is the most exclusive one in the complex and is ideal for two families (2 couples with 2-3 children each).

It consists of the 2-floor House & the Waterfront Residence Suite, that both enjoy:

• private infinity pool with a pergola “on the seafront”, where you lay back with the sound of the swell and the breathtaking view to the sea…
• landscaped private garden with stunning views, spacious “play” area for the kids, portable bbq & garden furniture for “al fresco dining” plus…
• direct access to the crystal clear sea …just dive in or step down to the private beach!

Villa Brio complex is located at the edge of the famous sandy beach of Skala village, just 1 mile from the village, 30 min from the island’s International Airport (direct flights from UK/EU) and 35 min from island's main port Sami (ferries from Italy via Patra - mainland Greece).

In Villa Brio, the guest can combine moments of tranquility in the privacy of its seafront location, along with vivid night life at the close villages of Skala & Poros.

(b) Waterfront Residence Suite (60 sq.m)

• One main spacious double bedroom (can accommodate a baby bed as well)
• Separate living area with panoramic sea views and seating/dining capacity of 4 guests
• Living area also serves as a second bedroom (its corner sofa bed can comfortably accommodate up to 3 children)
• Satellite TFT TV, DVD/CD player
• Open plan wall-in kitchen, fully equipped
• 1 X bathroom
• Fully air-conditioned, insect screens in all windows
• Stone fenced outdoor grass area, which leads both sides to the pool & main garden.

In Villa 4, both the House and Suite enjoy the following outdoot facilities:

• Infinity style pool (70 sq.m), overlooking the sea, surrounded by relaxing wooden sun beds
• Pool pergola with comfortable outdoor salon, for chill-out moments

• Spacious landscaped garden, ideal for kids
• Portable BBQ for al fresco dining, either at pool or garden level

And of course Villa 4 enjoys direct access to the sea...a personal diving board into the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea! The guest can simply dive in or step down to the beach just beside the villa!

The Ionian Islands region

Kefalonia is the largest island in the Ionian Sea and one of the world`s most stunning holiday destinations, with charming beaches and high quality resorts.
Highlights not to miss while at the island: the famous beach of Myrtos (amongst top ten in the world!), the natural beauties of Mellisani lake, the deep-green mountain of Ainos where the unique species of wild small horses can be met (if lucky!), the local "robola" wineries and last - but not least - the traditional meat pie!

The Kefalonia / Skala area

• In Skala village, just 15 min easy walk from Villa Brio, there are restaurants, bars, food shops, super market, bakery, pharmacy, local gift shops, car/bike rentals, bank ATM.
• Beside the villa, there is a water sports centre, scuba & boat hire.
• Walking and cycling along the coast is a superb experience.
• Tennis is available in nearby hotels, while mountain biking, horse riding, sea kayak and trekking within 30 minutes drive.

You can get to Kefalonia Island either by plane or car.
There are direct flights from UK and other EU countries.
Villa Brio is 30 min drive from island`s International Airport.
In case you use a car, you take the ferry from Italy to Patra (mainland Greece).
Then you take the ferry to Sami (island`s main port), about 3 hours trip.
Villa Brio is 35 min drive from Sami port.
Another option is to take the ferry from Killini (1 hour drive from Patra) to Poros port, which is just 10 min drive to Villa Brio.

“Stunning location” Villa 4 certainly lived up to high expectations. A lovely pool and directly overlooking the sea, walking distance to mini supermarket , wonderful patisserie and restaurants. watersports available on the beach as well. There was plenty of ouside terraces and comfortable seating in sun or shade. The Villa and annex were both fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Immaculately clean. The perfect place to relax . Annita and Andreas popped by to make sure everything was ok and it was lovely to meet them. Annita was very helpful and easily contactable by e-mail both before and during our stay.

“A Magical Place for a Family Holiday or Private Wedding” We used Villa's 3 & 4 to house our family of 13 for our Wedding on Kefalonia. The villas are supurb and truly breath taking. They created a truly magical setting for our special week. We found that there was ample room for the whole family to live comfortably and by having villa 4 we had the privacy of the beachfront villa which is Amazing and was absolutly ideal for us as the newley weds. The villas provide you with all the facilities you'll need and is always kept clean and tidy with maid service daily if you wish. If you are looking to get married in Kefalonia with a small family then theses villas are perfect. If you want a relaxing holiday away in puer bliss then these villas are for you. We would highly recommend.
