Well positioned Apartment on a newly completed 2009 complex offering 4 good size swimming pools plus a baby pool. There are shrubs and small trees throughout the Complex mainly surrounding the pool areas, with plenty of sunbathing spaces around the pools for those seeking relaxation.
Ideally located as within easy reach of all amenities for those not wishing to hire a car.
The balcony is of very generous size which overlooks one of the pools, with patio table & 6 chairs, sun brolly, 2 sunbeds, 2 fold up chairs & airer for drying your clothes. The sunbeds & fold up chairs can be taken to the pool area.

The Paphos District
Pathos is a truly beautiful and exciting place with so much to see, and is supported by an efficient and cheap bus service. The sandy cove at Coral Bay with water sports, sunbeds, shops and restaurants is only a 15-20 minute drive away. Aphrodites rock located on the coast road is a stunning place to see, with the water so clear and being the mythical birthplace of Aphodite the goddess of love.
A little further along is the very pretty and tranquil bay at Pissouri, again with watersports and beach facilities which is well worth a visit. On leaving the bay you can drive up through the old Pissouri village high above the bay with stunning views seen from the lookout point. The Akamas Peninsula near Polis with an abundance of walking trails to follow whilst taking in the breath taking natural beauty of this region.
The Baths of Aphrodite, a natural grotto shaded by fig trees known by legend as the bathing place of Aphrodite is also located here. The Troodos Mountains again of magnificent beauty is a must with skiing in the winter months. These are just a few of the wonderful places you can visit, whether you are looking for sun, sea and relaxation or taking to the open roads to explore, you will not be disappointed!
Kato Paphos / Universal Gardens area
The apartment is in a peaceful area with the benefit of only being a short walk from anywhere. There are 2 mini markets just around the corner with a bus stop right outside. A vegetable, meat and fish market also close by and the Pathos Mall with supermarket only 5 minutes by car.
Restaurants and Tavernas are close by on the Tombs of the Kings road, with the the Tombs of the Kings site dating back to 4th century BC. The harbour, no more than a 20 minute walk is dotted with shops, restaurants & cafes, plenty of night-life for the young in their own area in Bar street, and sights of interest such as the Mosaics and 13th century castle. Pathos town is but just a stones throw away with lots of back streets to follow, stopping to enjoy a drink in one of the local tavernas or visiting the market for lace and leather goods.
The municipal beach is less than 5 minutes by car, or a 20-25 minute stroll away with cafe, sunbeds and water sports including para-gliding! If wanting to keep the kids busy, try the Paphos water park with many slides and activities or the karting track for all ages and experience, both close by.
For golfers you can try out Aphrodite Hills, Tsada or Secret Valley 18 hole golf courses, all within a 30 minute drive. What makes your holiday even more enjoyable is the mediterranean climate. Cyprus is bathed in sunshine over 300 days a year, with average temperatures from 85-100 F in the summer months and between 60-70 F the rest of the year.
Driving is made easy with road signs being in both Greek and English and driving on the left hand side of the road. The Cypriot people are very warm and friendly with a genuine love of children, family being a core element in their culture.
How to get there
Paphos International Airport is only a 20 minute drive from the apartment, and Larnaca is a 90 minute drive. Car hire is available at either Airport, alternatively we can arrange transfers using a local Taxi service or you can make your own arrangements using one of the Airport Taxis. Further details indoors: The apartment offers an open plan living area with 2 leather sofas, with the 3 seater opening out into a very comfortable double sofa bed. Flat screen 32" LCD TV, DVD player plus a selection of movies, Playstation 2 and a good selection of PS2 games.
An archway leads you through to a fully equipped kitchen, including electric fan assisted oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and CD player.
Bedroom one with a king size bed, en-suite with fully pumped shower, sink and wc, plenty of built in wardrobe space and overlooking the pool. Bedroom 2 with large built in wardrobes, 2 single beds both with fully sprung mattresses as is the king bed.
The Bathroom has an overhead fully pumped shower above a full size bath, wc and sink.

This is a Non smoking apartment and smoking is only permitted on balcony.
Children must be supervised by pool area at all times.
Conditions
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure booking (a reservation can only be held for 7 days) The balance is required, including a security bond of £150, 8 weeks prior to departure. The Security bond will be returned in full within 2 weeks of completion of your holiday, providing there are no major damages, breakages or losses.
Check in/departure times can be flexible - please enquire.
Cancellations - If the holiday is cancelled more than 8 weeks prior to departure you will lose all the deposit you paid. If you cancel less than 8 weeks but before 2 weeks prior to departure 50% cancellation charges will apply. If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to departure 100% cancellation charges apply. The security bond of £150 will however be returned in full.
