A luxury villa that is unique in every way sleeping up to 20 people with facilities to suit all ages including a heated pool, jacuzzi and large games area so perfect for a Summer or Winter holiday. Our hot tub is brand new,top of the range with 80 jets,led lighting and great to chill out in luxury.We also have free WIFI and full sky sports for you which are unique facilities on offer.
The villa is ideal for large groups wanting to relax in style or to tour the wonderful cities of Andalucia including Granada,Cordoba,Malaga and Seville.
There are 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and even 5 kitchens giving your group an amazing amount of space to enjoy this truly delightful villa. The 4 lounge areas are fantastic, one very large with sky sports and the other 3 have double brand new leather sofa beds,the best quality giving everyone the ultimate nights sleep.
Our facilities and services we offer are second to none and nothing is to much trouble to organise for you so if you have any requests dont hesitate to ask.
Dotted around our beautiful grounds are pergolas,terraces patios and bbq areas giving you the ultimate outdoor holiday with quality furnishings.

Many facilities are on offer if you want to celebrate any special occasion at Casa Pino Solo,we can organise a private chef for a party,a beautician on site for a pampering day and even a coach trip into one of the cities if you want a flamenco evening.

Set in two and a half acres of olive groves this is truly a magical location.Come and experience the peace and tranquillity of rural Spain yet in the next breath you can do as much or a little as you want at the villa and locally. Our villa is unique having 5 kitchens in different areas enabling you do large family meals al fresco style with the use of paella pans and rings.There is also two bbqs,one on the large roof terrace and another large bbq area situated under the most beautiful grape vines overlooking wonderful views.A heated pool and jacuzzi is also at the villa allowing your group to enjoy the pool even in the cooler months,this is a unique feature for this area.The games area is also fantastic ensuring all ages are entertained and we offer a play station 2 with games,a poker table and even kayaks to take to the lake.
We supply the best eqyptian cotton towels,sheets and also dressing gowns for all of our rooms,giving you luxury and the "home from home" feel.

In the two main bedrooms is air con and the rest of the rooms have ceiling fans and stand up fans.
The lounge has a wonderful open log fire for the cosy winter evenings and also heating is supplied in the rooms for the cooler winter evenings..

There is sky television with 7 tvs scattered inside and outside.The main living area has a 42 inch plasma that offers sky sports for all the enthusiasts which is a unique feature for our villa.This faciliity is also available on the pergola outside that many of our previous has renamed it as the 'Sports Bar'.
One of the bedrooms and bathrooms has wheelchair access and disabled facilities including a chair for the walk in shower and the whole of the ground floor of the villa is accessible.
Our villa is very special and we do hope you and your group decide to stay to really enjoy the quality we provide and our most wonderful area.

Our villa has an abundance of large patio areas,some shaded with rustic pergolas,there is a waterproof pergola with settees and table and chairs and also a covered seating area with scatter cushions and an outside tv.

We have a large games area with an English pool table,table tennis and darts.There is a karaoke machine and a poker table for your evenings in relaxing.If you want to organise any parties we can help with this for any occasion.

The Heated pool area has many sunloungers and chairs and also inflatable toys for the pool and a six seater jacuzzi to relax in watching the gorgeous sunset go down.
We have 2 single kayaks and two double kayaks perfect to take to the lake beach.
There is a large driveway to park many vehicles.

At this amazing villa we offer our services free to help you organise any activities you may require.In the local area you can book quad biking, pilates classes, aqua aerobics, beauty pamper days plus much more so please ask for anything you and your group may want and we will do our utmost to organise for you quoting you the prices that the qualified people charge.

To help you settle in quickly we ensure sleeping arrangements are all organised before your arrival and if you want any shopping fetching for when you arrive this is no problem at all
if you feel like taking part try our salsa classes available to you round the beautiful heated pool area.Just pre book this before your holiday and your instructor will be there at your disposal.
Also we have a qualified beautician at hand who is English and excellent at her job,this is in popular demand so needs pre booking before hand.

Conditions

A deposit of 1000 pounds per week is required to secure your booking.Your balance is to then be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.
A 500 pounds breakages deposit will be taken either by cheque when the 8 weeks balance is due or euros on arrival and refunded back to you within two weeks of your return.

Inland Andalucia is full of history and we are located within easy travelling distance of Granada,Cordoba,Malaga and Seville.All the above are vibrant and there is the Alhambra Palace in Granada to visit and the Mezquita in Cordoba that are fantastic to see plus much more.As we are located only 10 minutes from the main motorway of Andalucia well known as 'The Crosroads Of Andalucia' we are in a perfect location to enjoy the Real Spain,travel to all our touring destinations and also take advantage of our wonderful beach at Lake Iznajar.
Our luxury villa is set in an amazing location with wonderful views over the olive groves and is perfect just to relax and enjoy this real special area.There are many beautiful restaurants locally that you can experience the joy of Spanish food,tapas and wines and really get into the typical Andalucian lifestyle.This way of life is so Addictive you will just fall in love with everything about your holiday.
The Subetica national park is a beautiful area to visit and everyone is made welcome here ,The real Spain is wonderful and a place not to be missed.Set in the Subetica is a wonderful town called Priego De Cordoba that has a castle,many churches and the most amazing buildings to see.

Antequera is the closest City and has many attractions and also tapas bars and a large shopping centre with a cinema.30 minutes away from here is the El Torcal which is another natural park with limestone formations that will take your breath away.
The A92 and A45 are the crossroads of Andalucia making it easy to tour and there is a new motorway making it easy to get to Cordoba now in half the time.
One hour and 15 minutes away is the truly amazing Sierra Nevada ski slopes.You can visit these in the summer but the winter is amazing.The ski is fantastic and it is so easy to get to you can enjoy a few days skiing and the rest of your holiday enjoying the sun.

The weather is lovely as we get a nice climate all year round.The summer is long and hot with endless days of sun,perfect to relax and enjoy.the Spring and Autumn is so pretty and the temperature is amazing.There are many wild flowers around making the region perfect for photographs.The Winter still holds nice temeratures and makes it very enjoyable for touring round visiting all the places you have set out to see or if its sunning yourself that you prefer then thats fine too.

The Iznajar / Adelantado area

Iznajar town is Moorish and has the remains of a castle and wonderful buildings to see.There are many tapas bars scattered around to visit and just sit and watch the world go by.

The stunning lake of Iznajar is 18 miles long and even has its own beach that is not crowded so you can enjoy a day relaxing by the water,take our kayaks for a little more activity or head to the local beach bar for tapas and drinks.

There are many ferries around the main ones being the beginning of Sept ,Easter is a very big deal in Spain and also New Year is a tradition and Jan 6th Spanish Xmas Day.
Horse riding is very close and also many walks can be taken around the olive region and also bird watching for the enthusiasts.
If you want to walk, bird watch, fish or anything else this is the area to do it all. If you give us prior notice of what you want to do we can arrange anything for you before you arrive.

Casa Pino Solo is located 10 minutes from two major roads the A45 and the A92 which you will use to visit Cordoba, Malaga, Granada, Ronda and Seville giving you the perfect base ideal to tour Andalucia. These motorways are well known as the crossroads of Andalucia.

I dont know where to start explaining what a fab place this is. We booked the villa for a week with 16 of our family and friends to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary, and right from the beginning we knew we had made the right choice. Lisa took all the stress out of all the organising. she answered every email promptly and with suggestions and recommendations for all our arrangements. she was so patient with me and never gave me the impression that I was any bother. After months of planning we finally arrived at the most beautiful, perfect villa set in the most beautiful spanish countryside ever! Lisa and Nigel were waiting to greet us and from that moment on I knew it was going to be a perfect week! They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The villa was so perfect. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with loads of lovely personal touches. Lisa organised a beautician for a pamper day for us (thank you Sarah) and a photographer, who took wonderful photo's (thank you Lorraine). Nigel came every morning to check everything was in order and to check the pool and spa etc. He tried to be discreeet, but we never left him alone, asking him question after question about the surrounding area etc. he was a mine of information and everything we wanted he sorted out for us. From putting up the decorations for our renewing vows service to arranging horse riding to arranging a minbus to take the younger ones for a night out on the coast, to organising a table for 18 at the local bar. Whatever we wanted we all said 'ask Nigel, he'll sort it!' The day of our ceromony, Lisa and Nigel organised a bbq for us! It was amazing, Lisa done all the food and it was top class! Nigel did the bbq and they both worked so hard, we cannot thank them enough. Lisa kept me calm and Nigel taught me to dance! Our age group ranged from 73 years down to 6 years and every single one of us loved every moment. Lisa and Nigel you are a wonderful couple, and you work so hard to make everything perfect, you should be so proud of yourselves. Thank you so much for giving us a perfect holiday in your wonderful villa xxxx


Memorable, Organised, Spotless and thoroughly enjoyable”
Anne Cussell's 50th Birthday in November was spent at Lisa and Nigel's haven of tranquility but with so much to do for everyone. They have thought of every last detail and are such a lovely couple. From the moment I contacted them in April they have got back to me immediately and always went the extra mile to make our stay even better than you could imagine. We did Aqua Aerobics in the pool like mad english people. With Lisa's help we organised a rock climbing trip. All of our friends were so impressed and it will stay in our memories for a very long time. The sun even shone for us and we had a couple of days by the pool. This is one birthday that I will always remember. Thank you so much Lisa and Nigel, the perfect hosts and Lisa makes a great curry.

Best New Years Ever And Fantastic Value!!
I just returned from a week long trip to Casa Pino Solo with 20 friends over New Year and can't recommend it highly enough. Lisa and Nige were fantastic hosts, making sure we had everything we needed and going out of their way to help us create the perfect holiday (and a great party for New Year's Eve!) while also allowing us a lot of privacy. The photos on the website don't do the villa justice. It's situated in a beautiful location and is really well set up for such a big group of people. The jacuzzi was a highlight for sure!

We visited in Dec/Jan but the weather was amazing - sunny and just warm enough to eat outside, swim in Iznajar lake on New Year's Day for the crazy ones among us and we were also able to squeeze in a day's skiing in Sierra Nevada. Ronda was another lovely day trip.

We stayed at this villa the week of 24 July 2010. There were ten of us consisting of teenage/grown up children with their boyfriends/friends. The villa is very spacious and better then what you see on the website. We were greeted on arrival by Lisa and Nigel and shown around the place (it is big so takes a little while to find your way around). The villa was presented to us in great condition and the rooms etc are very good. The pool is a good size and plennty of space around it. The other facilites are also excellent and kept everyone occupied. The kitchen/s are very well equipped if you plan on eating in.
The area is quiet and perfect for those wanting the real Spain. All amenities are a short drive away so not isolated.
Lisa and Nigel are great hosts. Ful of information and helpful guides on local restaurants etc. Do take them up on the offer to have the paella and the chicken delivered/collected during your stay. Wonderful food and very reasonable prices.
All in all we had a great time and if the opportunity comes up again, would not hesitate to go back.Rated 5/5 Nilesh,London

Casa Pino Solo……a 5 star oasis in “real” Spain.

We travelled with extended family ranging from 2 to 67 years old, and without exception, everyone had a wonderful holiday.

From the moment you arrive & meet Lisa & Nige, you know they are a fantastic couple, who will (& frequently did) go out of their way to make your stay a fantastic one. Their BBQ is a must….Lisa’s Chicken Tikka is to die for.

A car is needed if you want to get out & about further away, however; we didn’t bother……..we really enjoyed the peace & tranquillity of the whole set-up……restaurants / bars & shops all within a 20 min. walk, or 5 min. taxi ride…..but why would you want to leave this place for any length of time.

I can honestly say that no pictures I've seen on any web site have done this place justice....it has to be seen to be believed.

In all our travels, we have only ever been back to the same place twice (New York), but we booked another week in October whilst we were there.......the place is honestly that good.

Absolutely no complaints, and can't think of anything I would change.

See you again in October Guy's!!!!

Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. It is clean, in a very peaceful location with exceptional views. There was 13 of us staying at the Villa and we all found plenty to entertain us- the games are great. We all really enjoyed playing pool and darts and the sky sports in the pergola was an added bonus for those of us wanting to watch the footie!
Nigel and Lisa were great hosts- helpful without being "in your face". We enjoyed visiting the local restaurants drinking the beer and eating the tapas- not sure what it was most of the time but it was lovely! We would definitely return to the villa in the future- just planning when!

We had a week at Casa Pino Solo with our extended family of 22, whose ages ranged from 1 year to 82 years. We can't recommend it highly enough - everybody was very impressed by the facilities, the beautiful surroundings and the friendliness and helpfulness of Lisa and Nige. The stunning villa had everything you could wish for, there were plenty of areas where different groups of people could go for privacy, sun or shade depending on what they wanted. Had a great party night with food from a local English chef, while Lisa and Nige went out of their way to set it all up and make sure things ran smoothly

We have just spent 7 days at this luxury villa and i must tell you how good it is,what a great time we have all had.My family decided to all go away together this year and we searched for a property that could sleep 19 of us with good facilities and in a location that was suitable to everyone.
We found this villa and booked a year in advance,it was a good job we did looking at how busy it gets.
The villa was spotless,massive and very luxuriously furnished.The beds were unreal with thick toppers to lie on and even massive bath towels.There was everything we needed,a large pool with jackets for the kids and inflatables,a jacuzzi,karaoke,poker,games area,kayaks and the list goes on.
The situation of the villa was great,we had a few pubs to walk to and many a bbq ourselves as we just wanted to chill out some evenings and take in our surroundings.The lake was about a 5 minutes drive which we sunbathed and took the kayaks and then spent time at the beach bar.
This villa gives you the best of both worlds as its close to a beach but doesnt have all the hussle and bussle around you and the views and area are just amazing.
Within 10 minutes you have loads of restaurants to choose from and one night Lisa organised us transport to a great restaurant so we could all have a drink,great night and we sampled some real tapas.
Highlights with food are the amazing paella from Antonio at the bar close by that was delivered and the cooked chickens we had take away on the Sunday.
This area and villa offers everything you could wish for so dont hesitate to book.I can certainly guarantee a wonderful holiday from my experience.

being disabled it is often difficult to become adjusted to a new environment. Not so here, the room and bathroom were easy to manoevre with grab rails and plenty of room for a wheelchair. The shower was very accessible with no lip to get over and ramps to te exterior of the room meant I was independant.
