A taxi rank is at the front of the complex. For those that prefer to take a bus it's on the other side of the main road.

A 9 hole golf course and driving range 5 minutes by taxi.

A 5 minute drive by taxi ($3) to a very clean modern neighborhood has 2 malls and 100's of restaurants from every cuisine imaginable. A 20 minute ride takes you to District 1, where you get to witness the hustle and bustle of down town Saigon.

The apartment is located in a quiet family oriented area. On the ground floor there is an Olympic size swimming pool (closed on Mondays for cleaning) and 2 kids pools (admission $1 each), a gym ($4) and 2 tennis courts ($5 p/hour).

There is also a very good supermarket, open from 8am to 10pm/

On the ground floor has 5 or 6 restaurants, hair and nail salons and a spa.

Parking is in the basement and the complex has excellent security.

If you need any advice we are on hand to call at any time and can give pointers on where and what to do during your stay.

Great neighborhood because almost apartment was foreigner for rent . The neighborhood has many sports, shopping, entertainment and restaurants all within 5 minutes drive.

The complex has families of mixed nationalities and about a as international is it can go. Most of the families send their kids to international schools and they enjoy rollerblading and playing games after school, while others exercise or just lounge around at the restaurants or bars.

A taxi rank is at the front of the complex. For those that prefer to take a bus it's on the other side of the main road.

Why can't I call Thanh (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Thanh (the owner) a message.

If Thanh (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
