From the owner

The New Forest Coach House is a Victorian brick and slate Cottage nestled within a 1/3 rd of an acre of secluded garden, laid to lawn and bound by mature hedges and trees we are within walking distance of the Chewton Glen Hotel.

Set back from the road, the Coach House offers plenty of outside space for sunbathing and outside dining. There is ample off road parking available secured by a five bar gate.

Feel pampered with white fluffy towels,

A luxurious king size bed, with Egyptian cotton linen, duvet and pillows.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

Wi-fi and internet access is provided, free of charge during your stay, however due to the location, the service is provided 'as is', and it is not guaranteed.

There is private access to the property, along with a secure private garden.

The Coach House is within walking distance (approx 25 minutes) to the local Highcliffe beach and Cliff Hanger Cafe and is close to Highcliffe Castle and Tea Rooms. The New Forest is within easy access by Car, and the Saxon Town of Christchurch with its priory and Lymington with Ferry crossings to the isle of white.

The boundary of the property adjoins onto a Railway Line which is well screened by Mature trees.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan and John (the owner) a message.

If Susan and John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
