****NOTE ****
Before booking or enquiring, we wish to make guests aware that 3 new villas are being constructed around 100m to the South West from Villa Paros.
We do not have a build programme but expect that if staying at the villa, you may hear some associated noise most days. Privacy is not materially affected and the plots can only be seen from some areas of the villa.
There may be no impact at certain times but we prefer you are aware. The beach and some lovely cafe/tavernas lie only a few km away (as do many other quiet spots and hideaways) if there is an issue and in the evenings it will be quiet anyway.**.
April 24 update- The works have made good progress and the closest plots are the furthest on. Although there may still be some sound in the early part of the season it should not be significant. Guests staying so far have not reported any effects.
**Please contact us for further details & photos if required**

''Very spacious villa, and well equipped and furnished . Loved all the terraces for sitting/eating out. Spectacular far reaching views over Peyia and the coast.
Great location for walking into Peyia for coffee and dinner, and of course the views. Easy access by car to Coral Bay, Paphos and many lovely local villages and towns. We love the Old Cinema, Geitonia Kebab House, Savvas Grill, and Yiannis in Kathikas .The Coastal Path is fabulous for any length of walk
Everything was great thank you, and the later checkout was really appreciated. Aimee was very communicative and helpful'.

Very good standard villa. Location good. Sapphire in Paphos was a regular treat full English for under 5 euros. The little Kiosk at the junction just outside Polis is also brilliant and we had some great lunch stops there and the lady is very nice.
Agent good comms and fast replies to questions. Local manager good and easy to contact
Cyprus turned out to be far better than I expected. The Cycling is tough but very rewarding. We did the LEtape Cyprus over mount Olympus in November. All in all Cyprus has been a great experience with great memories.regards, Phil

''Villa Paros was a lovely property; clean, comfortable & very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Absolutely stunning views and we loved the various outdoor seating areas/terraces, especially the roof terrace.
Location was great for us as a family with teenagers. We were able to walk into the village of Peyia from the villa for coffee/meals or to the shop however having the car was great for venturing further afield without having to rely on public transport. Those with less mobility may struggle without a car.
Restaurants we would recommend include Peyia Tavern, The Old Cinema, Grande, Peggys, La Casa (all Peyia), Farmyard, Viklari/The Last Castle, Searays, Samisen Teppanyaki restaurant, Olivetti. Farmyard was the favourite with the teenagers!
Yes extremely satisfied with your service. Aimee always responded promptly & was very friendly & helpful.
We had a fantastic 2 weeks & thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'.
