Welcome to the Boat House - a beautiful, executive style, pool villa located in the ever popular community of Indian Ridge Oaks. You'll love how bright and airy the home is, the comfortable furniture, the den, the private pool with no rear neighbors, how close you are to Disney, and the peace and tranquility of the community.

The peaceful colors and themes of this home will sail you away on the perfect getaway! Your whole family will love staying at The Boat House.

The chef of the family will enjoy preparing meals in the open kitchen. The kitchen offers a breakfast nook as well as a separate dining area, so eating together as a family is simple. There is even a high chair for the little ones!

Coming for business? This home offers a private office with a desk. You can close the door and have total privacy for making those important calls. Even if you're just responding to emails on your laptop, this tucked away office provides peace and quiet.

After a long day at Disney, the master suite offers a comfortable king bed, where you'll find yourself floating away to sleep. This home also features a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with 2 twin beds. The whole family can sleep in comfort in their own bedrooms!

The private pool offers plenty of seats and loungers for everyone to sit back and soak up the sun or float around and relax after spending the day at Disney. The patio is perfect if you want to switch things up one night and have a pool side BBQ!

Just 4 miles from Disney, this 3 bedroom home will have you sailing smoothly to all of the local attractions.

PLEASE NOTE:

Pool/Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Cost: 3 days $140 plus tax, 4 days $172 plus tax, 5 days $204 plus tax, 6+ days $40/per day plus tax.

This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
