A beautiful farm house and romantic cottage built around 1850 and nestled in the Tuscan mountains with uninterrupted panoramic views. The property is within comfortable reach of Pisa, Florence and Siena.
This beautifully renovated villa provides luxury accommodation for up to 12 guests. The main villa has six bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a charming self-contained cottage with accommodation for two additional people. All the rooms are decorated in a Tuscan style with terracotta floors and large exposed beams. The furniture has been chosen for comfort with many traditional pieces combined with top of the range luxury beds; 600 thread Egyptian cotton sheets and summer-weight goose down duvets. All bathrooms have creamy travertine marble floors, spacious marble or granite showers and 3 include free standing designer baths.
The villa is set in gardens of cypress trees, roses, lavender, jasmine, rosemary, sage and wisteria leading to its own olive grove. Among the 100 acres of woodlands there is a private lake and many miles of footpaths and quiet picnic sites. The property has both landscaped gardens and children's play areas.

Our luxury villa is set in gardens of cypress, pine, roses, lavender, rosemary, sage and wisteria leading to a productive olive grove. Among the 100 acres of woodlands there is a private lake, many foot paths and quiet picnic sites.
The ground floor has one bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private terrace. There is a well equipped modern kitchen and two separate spacious sitting rooms one with a large open fire place. The dining room seats 12 at oval wooden table. There are flat screen TVs, surround sound, a multi region DVD player and CD player with a connection for an ipod. A Wii is also provided.
The second floor has four bedrooms, two with showers and two with large baths and separate showers. The third floor has a bedroom with its own terrace with breathtaking views, and a private bathroom on the floor below.
The romantic cottage is ideal for couples and has a magnificent vista from its own terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
Around the villa there are many separate terraces for dining and entertaining including a Mulberry shaded garden.
A gorgeous swimming pool and outdoor area allows for complete relaxation and enjoyment in the sun. The poolside kitchen is equipped to prepare lunch/snacks for a large group. Lay back in the pool with a cool refreshing cocktail or lounge poolside under the umbrellas with a glass of wine. Underneath the pergola is a superb setting for either a romantic meal or an enjoyable gathering for the whole family. There is a spacious indoor shower, toilet and changing area with ample storage facilities.

The wonderful and exciting adventure play area is located close to the pool so that parents can relax, whilst still being able to watch their children enjoying themselves. The infinity pool has a cover for safety, while sensors and lighting around the pool area provide parents with additional peace of mind.
The main sitting room has plenty of space for the whole family with large couches from which you can enjoy the large LCD television with full satellite reception. The second sitting room gives the children their own space to relax in, where they can enjoy the satellite reception on the large screen LCD television or play on the Wii or Playstation. Wirless internet through out the property.
