The Tropical Beach Pad is a gorgeous private condo with bright sunlight and a beautiful pool view. Complete with luxurious queen bed, kitchenette, stand up shower, 7' Restoration Hardware leather sofa, and designed closet. The Tropical Beach Pad is the ultimate Palm Beach getaway. Everything you need for your mind, body and spirit is either walking distance or a short drive away from the condo – beach, walk and bike trails, religious or spiritual communities, yoga studios, art centers, spas, stores, and entertainment.

Located directly across from the street is Palm Beach's favorite sushi restaurant – Echo. Next to Echo is Publix, an affordable supermarket catering to all your grocery needs. Nearby, there are also restaurants like Testa's, Cucina Dell' Arte, Toojay's, Palm Beach Grill, Nick and Johnnie's, Champs Elysees Bakery, PBCatch, Greens Pharmacy (a popular breakfast eatery/drugstore), Amici's Italian Grocery/Organic market and the Breaker's Hotel.

Enjoy world famous shopping on Worth Avenue. The Seaview Tennis Center and Palm Beach Oceanfront golf is only a 5 min drive from the Hotel . City Place in West Palm is a 10 min drive, The new Palm Beach Outlet Mall is also a 10 min drive. Hippocrates Health Institute is within 25 min.

Explore the Lake Trail, an intracoastal bike and walking path, with a bike rented or moped from the Palm Beach Bicycle Trail Shop, located along the first floor of the hotel. And when you're done biking, go next door to indulge yourself at the Patrick Leze Patissier Chocolatier and fuel up for another excursion into paradise.

The Hotel's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, gym, multimedia room, library, oversized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.

The rent includes cable TV with 125 channels, wireless Internet, water and electricity. There is a flat screen TV, air-conditioning as well as a kitchenette area with a Sub-Zero fridge, sink and cutlery.

The Palm Beach Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy check-in/check-out.

A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18. If you have a car, there is free 24/7 street parking a short walk from the hotel using the included Palm Beach Parking Placard that you place in your car.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the hotel's heated pool, mezzanine library and game room, and the breezeway lounge chairs. Coin operated laundry machines consisting of washers ($2 in quarters) and dryers ($2 dollars in quarters) are located in the basement of the hotel. Feel free to use them as needed.

Other things to note:

This neighborhood is a walking and biking delight. Toward the South, there are small shops and excellent restaurants nestled in classic Palm Beach architecture.

Along the Lake Trail bike path, there are neighborhoods of beautiful mansions, open views of the Atlantic Ocean and wide vistas of the intracoastal waterway, including the inlet, marking the northern edge of Palm Beach island.

Along the front promenade of the Palm Beach Hotel is worth mentioning Patrick Leze, an exquisite French patisserie featuring breakfast, lunch, pastries, desserts and much more. The world famous Amici Market which is a high end European grocery and food store with a Deli is just half a block away and should be visited, as is Greens Pharmacy which was President Kennedy 's favorite place for breakfast. Also notable is Publix, a large, affordable grocery store located just across the street.

Love this unit. It's upscale,, decorated tastefully, and above all has a great sleeping bed. This one will be at the top of my list when I return to Palm Beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
