Villa apartments with pool, Le Torri is a Tuscan farmhouse built in the XIII century and located in the beautiful Chianti area. All your needs will be taken care of by the owners themselves, ensuring a relaxing break. The stone farmhouse has a swimming-pool, and is within easy reach of Florence, Siena, S.Gimignano, Pisa and Vinci. Le Torri is refurbished to excellent standards throughout. Each apartment has terracotta flooring, exposed oak beams and stylish rustic furniture. All the apartments at Le Torri have a lounge/dining room and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and satellite television. The double bedroom apartment has an en suite bathroom with shower. Le Torris gardens are superbly kept. Terracotta pots brimming with flowers can be seen everywhere. There are gazebos amid young olive groves, and tables and chairs for barbecuing/sitting. Plenty of space enables all guests have their own privacy. The unusual shaped pool was designed especially for Le Torri and has a separate division for children. This beautiful farmhouse is now owned by the Cantini family and offers superb accommodation carefully managed by one of their sons, Gabrielle Cantini. There is a welcome buffet on saturday evenings from April until October with everything home made by Gabriele's mother!

The Tuscany region
Tuscany is the fifth largest region of Italy. It is mostly an agricultural region as depicted in the backgrounds of so many renaissance paintings. While over the ages prestigious farming areas (such as the vineyards of Chianti and Monteplciano, the olive-groves near Lucca and the flower growing around Pistoia) have developed about 40% of Tuscany is still covered by woodland. Siena is the origin of one of the most renowned wines in the world. The landscape features hills, fields, woodlands, rows of vines and olives groves, reminiscent of Sienese Quattrocento Painting. The orderly vineyards of sangiovese, canaiolo, malvasia and trebbiano - the varieties of grape which yields Chianti wine are all found here. Since the days of the Grand Dukes the countryside has been dotted with farmhouses, villas, castles and turreted hamlets.
Florence / Countryside area
Montespertoli is an extraordinarily well preserved historic centre with a picturesque Church and square. Montespertoli is a typical Tuscan town, with vineyards, olive groves and fields as well as cypresses, white, country roads and typical stone farmhouses. Villa le Torri lets you experience the area, enjoying the view over the towers from the pool or discovering the landscape on foot or by renting one of our mountain bikes. The wines and olive oil of the area are second to none. The 'I Lecci' Museum is provides a historical and scientific illustration of the wine making process, starting from soil analysis and ending with the vintner. The museum features an absolutely new experience, a laboratory of the senses for adults and children, where the visitor can smell the different aromas of wines, sometimes strong, sometimes delicate, focus on the colour and feel the consistency for a real discovery in which all the senses are involved in wine-tasting.
In less than an hour you can reach Pisa with the famous leaning tower, Siena, Volterra, S. Gimignano. Lucca and the Tuscan coast can be reached in about one hour by car. Rome, the Italian capital is about 230 km away. In the village San Quirico in Collina, you can find a bank, post office, chemist, groccers and a restaurant.

- Fly to Pisa - about 60 minutes from here. - Fly to Florence is about 45 minutes by car from Le Torri. - Bus connection: There are 2 buses from Florence. the "SITA" bus station is located close to the train station at 13,35 or 18,45 and you need to take direction "Marcialla" or " "Fiano" and you need to get off at the end of the village "San Quirico in Collina". Le Torri is located between "San Quirico in Collina" and "Poppiano". - Rent a car: AVIS and CAR HIRE 3000 - There are always local taxies available

We have an office on the ground floor, we can help you plan trips and tours of nearby attractions and we have internet access for you as well.

Cancellation Policy When your reservation is confirmed you will receive a voucher (e-mail confirmation or fax confirmation) that you will show when you check-in at Le Torri.
If the booking is cancelled, 10% of the entire amount will be charged. If you let us know within within 45 days of your arrival, the cancellation fee will be 30% of the entire amount: 30 days before arrival the 40%, 15 days before arrival the 50% after that we will take the 70%. If you fail to arrive and you do not communicate the failure to arrive by fax or e-mail or phone, a full charge will be applied.
Conditions
Check-in: Saturday afternoon between 15.00 - 19.00 pm. From October between 14.00 - 17.00 pm. Remember to show your voucher/confirmation when you arrive at Le Torri. Check in time can be flexible - please let us know in advance if you're arriving outside of these hours. Check-out: Saturday morning before: 9.00 am.
*Prices include all utilities and a weekly linen change as well as end-of -stay cleaning. *The apartment cost excludes: Heating if required and mid-stay cleaning of the apartment. If this is required it will cost 30.00 Euro for a 2-room apartment. *Extra Bed: An extra bed for a child under the age of 2 will could be placed in the bed-room for no cost. For an adult or older child the extra bed price is 30.00 Euro.
