L'appartamento, inserito in un complesso storico sulle colline di Firenze, è stato recentemente ristrutturato.

E' la dependance di una Villa storica fiorentina del 1400, con accesso indipendente al piano terra sul bellissimo giardino di ingresso della Villa. Il panorama è veramente unico, con vista sul Duomo e sulla città.

Nel complesso, oltre alla Villa principale ed ad un altro appartamento al piano superiore con accesso indipendente, si trovano la Cappella privata, il parco, un giardino panoramico sul retro della Villa con una casetta in muratura “a misura di bambino” e una limonaia, l'uliveto e un boschetto.

Il tutto in perfetto stile toscano, immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità della collina toscana, pur trovandosi a soli 3 km dal centro di Firenze, raggiungibile in dieci minuti.

Il centro di Firenze è facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici in circa 15 minuti (linea n° 25) che ferma in prossimità del cancello della Villa.

Nelle immediate vicinanze, nella piazzetta de La Lastra, si trovano Bar, Ufficio Postale, Alimentari e Stazione di Servizio.

L'appartamento è composto da una Sala-ingresso con cucina a vista, una camera matrimoniale con bagno, una camera doppia con soppalco dove sono posizionati altri due letti, corridoio con bagno, lavanderia-dispensa. L'appartamento è dotato di TV, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e forno a microonde, frigorifero con congelatore, connessione Internet e Wifi, aria condizionata e sistema di allarme.

E' particolarmente fresco in estate e caldo d'inverno.E' disponibile il posto auto nel viale di accesso, protetto dal cancello di ingresso.

Nota: Dal 1 Ottobre 2014 il Comune di Firenze ha deciso di estendere la tassa di soggiorno anche a coloro che soggiornano in case private, per cui siamo obbligati a riscuoterla dai nostri ospiti. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Doreen (the owner) a message.

If Doreen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
