15 minutes from Florence spacious elegant Suite with it's own patio/garden and 2 large living rooms; 2 panoramic bedrooms: the first one, that can sleep 3 people, has a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. the second, with its own ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, is next to the main bedroom . It has two single beds as well as an open loft with a roof window that is reached through a staircase from the bedroom. There is a new fully equipped kitchen, one living room has the original country fireplace,with dining area and a sofa bed, the other a wall of glass that opens onto the patio which is paved with old stone and has a table that was a stone wheel used to crush the olives. The elegant appointments are a mixture of antique and modern furniture.The large shared pool (meters 15.50 X 7.00 X 1.25 ) operated with natural salt, not visible from the house and surrounded by vegetation,is open from May 15th to September 30th.Personal transportation is advised. Private car service can be provided at additional cost.A few minutes away from the house there is the Fiesole/Caldine train station, with free parking, from where the train reaches the Santa Maria Novella Central Station in Florence in 12 minutes. How do damage deposits work?

If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
