Home description

The village (1000 pop) is located 1050 meters above sea level. A cable car located only 8 minutes away (walking) from the chalet will bring you up to the Fiescheralp in no time at all. There you can ski, snowboard, sled or hike at 2900 meters above sea level. The skiing area of the Fiescheralp, which is also linked with the areas of Bettmeralp and Riederalp, offers skiers more than 100 kilometres of delightful runs.



Skiing in this area is possible up until and often after the Easter holidays. From the Eggishorn you have a magnificent view over the glacier and amazing views of the Matterhorn in Zermatt.

The area is famous because of its beautiful hiking and walking trails which are detailed fully in various maps. Delta gliding, paragliding, mountain biking and cross-country skiing are just

some of the other possibilities in this magnificent alpine region. The Goms is one of the largest cross-country skiing areas of Switzerland and there are various runs along the Rhone river.

A small train, which stops about 3 walking minutes from the chalet, will get you around very easily. You can hop in and out of this famous red train every 5 km during your tour.

The Swiss Alps / Valais/Swiss Alps region

Our comfortable 10-person Chalet is situated in the delightful village of Fiesch in the sunny region of Wallis. Fiesch is located in the Aletsch area. This area is dominated by the largest glacier of the Alps - The Aletsch glacier and it is listed on Unesco’s world heritage list due to its unique geology.



The village (1000 pop) is located 1050 meters above sea level. A cable car located only 8 minutes away (walking) from the chalet will bring you up to the Fiescheralp in no time at all. There you can ski, snowboard, sled or hike at 2900 meters above sea level. This region offers numerous outdoor activities during the winter as well as in the summer. For the shopping addict Milan is temptingly only 212 km away.



Beautiful views over the peaks, valleys and the music village of Ernen are possible from inside the chalet thanks to the many big windows. There are also great sights at night when the sparkling lights in the valleys create a magical view.

From the chalet you can easily walk in 5 minutes to the village, where you can find all kinds of facilities; 3 supermarkets, a bakery, leisure shops, bike rental, pharmacy and doctors.

Private parking is available for 4-5 cars right beside the chalet. The chalet is situated in a very authentic part of Fiesch with many traditional Swiss chalets providing a unique atmosphere that will certainly contribute to a very special holiday feeling.

The cul du sac street guarantees that your children can play safely without having to worry about traffic. Also, the large garden with its playing field is safe and great fun for children. The comfortable garden furniture will allow you to really sit back and relax.

Prices are in euro's per week including water and electricity, excluding the obliged cleaning € 150,-
Touristtax Swfr. 2.-/day/adults, Swfr1,-/day child 6-16, you will receive a discountcard from the touristoffice
Sheets can be rented at €12,-/bed
During the lowseason we will give a discount of 35%for bookings with 5 persons or less!!
