Thanks to a favourable geographical position, from here it is easy for those who love a cultural holiday to reach the most important cities of art of Tuscany, like Florence , Siena, Lucca,Pisa and Volterra.
Farmhouse “Podere il Giurato” is divided in three self-catering apartments that have been restructured according to the style of the house, are provided with all the facilities you need in order to spend a pleasant holiday. You have the opportunity to use the big garden and swimming pool - you can sunbathe and relax all year round.

Apartment Nr.2 consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(shower), lounge with fireplace, kitchen/diner, half bathroom (w.c. and basin)

Arrival: Saturday between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Use of swimming pool and garden
Use of barbecue end external oven
Sun beds at poolside
Ping pong
One unguarded covered parking area
If you book for two weeks ,weekly change of towel and linen is included,but not an apartment clean.

A deposit of 25% is required on booking

“Fantastic property with beautiful gardens” We stayed with an extended family group and shared of two spacious apartments which slept 5 or 6 people each. The facilities were excellent and all needs fully catered for. There is a wonderful large barbequeing area which we used on several nights. The apartments were very clean and comfortable. The grounds were lovely with a fantastic swimming pool, table tennis table, swings and slide for the kids and a table football game. There was enough room to play football in the garden and we could also take a lovely walk around the several acre property were they keep many horses. Paolo was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend this place. Good location for easy access to Florence / Pisa and other small towns in Tuscany.
