Farmhouse “Podere il Giurato” is divided in three self-catering apartments that have been restructured according to the style of the house, are provided with all the facilities you need in order to spend a pleasant holiday. You have the opportunity to use the big garden and swimming pool - you can sunbathe and relax all year round.

The apartment is provided with all the facilities you need to spend a pleasant holiday. The apartment has: terracotta-floor -ceiling with wooden beams, kitchen with dish washer, independent satellite and is fully furnished in Tuscan style.
Apartment Nr.2 consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(shower), lounge with fireplace, kitchen/diner, half bathroom (w.c. and basin)

Lovely and large in sunny position, barbecue,tennis table, chairs, chaise-long and swimming pool.

The arrival/departures must take place as follows:
Arrival: Saturday between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Departure: Saturday between 8a.m. and 9 a.m.

Weekly change of towels and bed linen.
Final cleaning
Water ,electricity and gas
Use of washing machine ad iron
Use of swimming pool and garden
Use of barbecue end external oven
Sun beds at poolside
Ping pong
One unguarded covered parking area
If you book for two weeks ,weekly change of towel and linen is included,but not an apartment clean.

A deposit of 25% is required on booking
