This great and beautiful villa is located in Las Chapas Playa, Marbella East, being located in one of the most attractive areas of Marbella, with only 3 minutes walk to one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol.

Very close to Nicki Beach Club and La Cabane.

This villa has 6 bedrooms and it is up to 14 people. It has 6 bathrooms with shower and a ver nice pool and jacuzzi.

The area is known for its quiet and friendly family community, close to Supersol Supermarket, shops, restaurants, prestigious private schools such as bilingual school Las Chapas and just 5 km east of Marbella center.

This newly renovated villa is built to the highest standard and perfectly combines a modern design with Andalusian features. The house consists of three floors.

From the hallway you enter a bright and beautifully decorated open plan living room and kitchen with large sliding doors that give direct access to the stunning outdoor terrace with private pool and jacuzzi.

Outside, you will also find a barbecue area, ideal for entertainment and dining under the stars, while the partially covered terrace and lounge seating provide a cozy atmosphere.

From the kitchen and barbecue area you can access the laundry room, where you will find extra refrigerators, freezers, ice-cream machine and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the entrance hall, a stunning wooden staircase will lead you to the top floor bedroom with its own bathroom and private terrace with stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean.

Further three bedrooms are on the ground floor and two with double beds and private bathroom. The premises are fenced and equipped with an alarm system. A private enclosed parking space is available and connected to the inner part of the plot.

Car is not needed.

IMPORTANT:

The pool can be heated at an additional €400 per week.

Please inform us well in advance if you would like the pool to be heated at your arrival because it takes a few days for a pool this size to heat up.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
