The apartment consists of living room with foldable sofa-bed, dining table with 4 chairs, nicely decorated floor with Spanish tiles. It is together with fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances. It includes many details like gas and electric cooker and dishwasher. Living room and bedroom both have big flat tv with more than 500 satelite programmes, and there is one CD/DVD player. Windows combine old and modern,: local wooden shutters, mosquito nets and they are sound proof. It is fully airconditioned or heated in the living room/kitchen and in the bedroom. En suite bathroom consists of rain shower and massage jets, various mirrors, hair dryer, heated towel rack, digital balance and washing machine.Bedroom has big king size bed and built-in closets.
The apartment can be combined with another two in the same house: Apartment Madrid and Seville to accommodate maximum 12 persons in the same house.
Conditions
At the time of making reservation it is necessary to pay 20% deposit at the owner´s account. The rest , the balance, should be payed cash upon arrival to the apartment.
This is non smoking apartment.
The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region
Dubrovnik has mild climate and subtropical vegetation. Many small islands are nearby.The old habour is two-three minutes walk from the apartment and it is departure point for boats to the islands and nearby beaches. Taxi stand and local buses depart from Pile Gate just outside the city walls.The old town is traffic free area.

Old town offers culture and entertainment. Streets near apartment are full with bars and restaurants. Nearby you can find art galleries, museums, churches and monasteries and stages for the international summer festival.Visit Franciscan monastery with the Old pharmacy museum, Rector´s Palace or Museum of medieval art by Dominican monks. Climb the walls and admire view of the entire city.
Shops, supermarkets, banks and post office are only two-thee minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is fab. Really central and just a stones throw away from all that Dubrovnik has to offer. Two flights of shairs to negotiate but well worth the climb. Everything you will need is available for you. |
