Apartment Baltazar is located only 1 km away from Old Town and Banje beach.
It's very peaceful area although it's close to Old Town.
On our balcony you can enjoy gorgeous sea view. Our suite is fully equipped with Sat TV, WiFi Internet connection, Air-conditioning.

In case our guests are arriving without car, owner will take them wherever they need to go.

“Dubrovnificant!” We stayed with Ivica and Maria in the Summer and had a fantastic time. The apartment was clean and tidy and the balcony had a beautiful view over the Old Town. Ivica and Maria welcomed us onto their terrace in the evenings, offered us food and drink and were amazing hosts, we always looked forward to sitting with them and chatting over a drink. The meal they cooked in their outdoor stone oven was the best meal we had all holiday and we weren't expecting it at all. All in all we would thoroughly recommend staying at apartment baltazar! Thank you Ivica and Maria, love from Chris and Katie xx

“FANTASTIC” Just returned from a weeks holiday at Baltazar and had a fantastic time. Ivica and maria are perfect hosts making you feel welcome as soon as you arrive with a drink and lots of advice of places to visit and where to eat. The best meal we had was cooked by Maria and Ivica. The apartments are spotless and have everything you need and the view is amazing. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the old town and about 13 minutes to walk back up the steps . There are a lot of steps but they are not to bad and the view makes them worth while. Thank You Ivo and Maria we had a fantastic holiday and will be back.

“Top of Dubrovnik!” If you are looking to stay in Dubrovnik then look no further than Apartments Baltazar. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and the balcony affords wonderful views over Dubrovnik, Lapad and the breath-taking Adriatic coastline. It is an enjoyable 15 minute walk to the old town and if you don't fancy the climb back then the old faithful no. 3 bus (from Pile Gate) will drop you off right opposite the apartment. This beautiful apartment and excellent location make it a marvellous holiday spot however it was the hosts Ivo and Marija (and their two lovely daughters) who made this holiday very special for us. From the moment that he picked us up from the airport Ivo made us feel part of the family and the local community. The whole family were true hosts and exceptionally generous with their time, advice and hospitality. Ivo instantly became our local tour guide and with the benefit of his local knowledge we had a wonderful and varied itinerary which gave us a true Croatian experience beyond the old city. He was also happy to arrange numerous things to make our stay more pleasant and less stressful including: collecting our bus tickets to Makarska (and dropping us off at the bus station) and booking (and providing free transport to) a lovely restaurant (Komarda) overlooking Dubrovnik Harbour. Also our favourite meal in Croatia was the one provided by Ivo and Marija which was cooked in the traditional way and was the most delicious seafood we have ever tasted. You couldn't help but notice that everyone who stays at Apartments Baltazar (and even neighbouring apartments) is made to feel very welcome so much so that you can't pass Ivo's terrace without being invited in for a drink and a chat and, if you fancy a game a football, then you are also likely to be invited to take part in Ivo's regular 5-a-side matches. Ivo's mantra, “mi casa es su casa”, is heart-felt and sums up the appeal of this apartment. As you can tell we loved our 8 days at Apartments Baltazar, and only wish we could have stayed longer. but, as we promised our hosts, we will be back!

“Incredible Stay! Fantastic!” Staying with Apartments Baltazar was absolutely fantastic!! Ivica was an incredible host from start to finish & we really couldn't have asked for more! We arrived late in Dubrovnik to find a full meal & beers waiting for us, as well as a fantastic introduction to Dubrovnik with sights, restaurants, beaches & excursions recommended. We stayed in a neighbouring apartment, as Ivica's were fully booked, which was lovely. Very spacious for the price paid, clean, good shower, good cooking space, balcony with amazing views over Dubrovnik - Perfect! It was also lovely to still feel include in the 'Baltazar Family' vibe with beers on Ivica's terrace every night. The location is good - a 10/15 walk to the old town. Beware the steps coming back up! We arrived by car so are not sure how far the bus station is. Dubrovnik is a lovely place to visit; rich in culture & history and beautiful. Take Ivica's advice on restaurants as there are an overwhelming number to chose from in the Old Town, and we never got a bad meal. The end of our stay coincided with the opening night of the Dubrovik Summer Festival, where Ivica invited us to eat out & watch the fireworks with his family. A wonderful finish. We would highly recommend Apartment Baltazar to anyone visiting Dubrovnik - not only are they great value for money, but you cannot put a price on great local knowledge and unfaulting hospitality! “Felt like a home away from home - with lovely neighbours!” As Ivos apartments were extremely popular he was fully booked. However, he recommended his neighbours' Nico's apartment to us, which we thought was superb. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the basic amenities you need for your self catering needs. It has easy access, to the old town, the beach, plus the added view from being at the top, you really can't go wrong! We went at one of the hottest seasons so we spent a lot of time in the apartment waiting for it to cool down a bit before exploring the sight so the beautiful view from the balcony and the powerful air-con was most welcome :-) We went down and had our free traditional meal with Nico and his family and it was just so nice, I've never felt so welcome, and the food was delicious. I'd say the only problem we had was we couldn't stay longer, and I couldn't take Nico's family dog fifi home!!

“A great apartment with stunning views and friendly hosts.” We had a great stay in the apartment. It's got everything you need for a stay in Dubrovnik and the views are outstanding! It's walking distance to the old town and a couple of beaches and there is a bus stop close by for when you're feeling lazy! The owners of the apartment are helpful, friendly and great company. We had a great evening with Ivica when he took us up Mount Srd and enjoyed a few relaxing beers with him and his family before we went out on a couple of occasions. The apartment is very clean and modern and is the perfect place to stay. Thank you Ivica, Marija and family!

“A fantastic place to stay in a great city” We stayed here for a week in September. The apartment was everything we wanted; clean, tidy and well looked after, complete with air conditioning and a well-stocked kitchen area; exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was the perfect location; close enough to the old town and all the main attractions, but also far enough for peaceful evenings. The hosts, Ivica and Marija, were incredibly helpful in every respect and consistently went above and beyond the call of duty for us. They recommended all the good restaurants in the old town, pointed out the best places to see, drove us to ferries when we needed it, and even cooked a delicious barbecue for us! We would happily recommend this place.

“Superb!” My boyfriend and I stayed at Apartments Baltazar for 6 nights at the beginning of our 2 week holiday in Croatia and also on our final night before flying home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and much larger than the photos show and the view from the balcony is spectacular! The apartment was also cleaned and had the towels and linen changed every 2 days which was a very nice touch. Ivica and Maria (the owners) could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday. They were both very friendly and welcoming and their local knowledge and help was greatly appreciated. We are a young couple and would definitely recommend this to any similar couple or even family. Dubrovnik is a wonderful city and will shall certainly return and when we do we will be sure to stay at Apartment Baltazar. We couldn't fault it in any way... a great apartment in a wonderful location with lovely owners in the heart of a stunning city.

“Fantastic” We would highly recommend this property, clean, modern and spacious with a fabulous view from the balcony. The pictures don't do the property justice! The hosts are extremely welcoming, make sure to use their local knowledge. We would recommend the 3 island boat tour, tour of the city walls and a visit to the fort on the hill.

“The best holiday ever!” Just back from a week in Dubrovnik where we stayed at Baltzar appartments. The appartment was lovely and well-equipped with spectacular, uninterrupted sea view from balcony. The appartment represents great value for money. 10 min walk down to old town (which is magnificent) and 5 mins to supermarket. Aside from accommodation, I cannot speak highly enough of the owners, Ivica and Maria, who are extremely welcoming - nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. Would definitely go back and would recommend to all!

“A brilliant stay!” A lovely apartment with very helpful and friendly owners. Whenever we needed assistance, they were always happy to answer our questions. The apartment is very clean, location is very quiet and the best part: the view from the balcony is amazing. We cannot say enough good things about our hosts, the location, and the accommodation. It was really wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will return soon!
