Surrounded by a high wall, the rear garden is completely tiled and decorated with terracotta pots , for your relaxation cushions are provided for the sun-beds and swinging hammock.
There is a Spanish style tiled dining table and large barbecue with access to the interior dining room, the complete area is well lit for evening dining-this area overlooks the private swimming pool which is also lit at night.
The private heated swimming pool has a secure gate which is lockable ideal for families with toddlers (when locked parents can relax as children have no access to the swimming pool). The pool is heated to 25 degrees min with not just solar but also a heat pump a must for winter holidays plus a paddle pool and play mats for toddlers.
Also appreciated by all mums with children is the circular washing line ,with easy access to the utility room with washing machine and 2nd full size fridge freezer (giving easy access to drinks from rear patio).
The front garden- safe for children- safe play area-close to a children's playground+paddle pool and non slip mats provided ideal for toddlers.
Also surrounded by a wall and wrought iron railings with intercom access to the property, a particular beautiful private area to sun-bathe and admire the tropical plants. There is a large wooden pergoda on the front patio with a cane sofa and chair, a relaxing area overlooking the new play area with trampoline,slide and wendy house. No single groups taken !only family bookings accepted- no pets-£250 retainer taken 7 days prior to departure, per family booking. This is returned within 48hrs after departure ( retainer conditions sent with booking form and booking condition form). No sub-letting all clients must complete a booking form giving names and ages and must also provide confirmation of holiday insurance. A deposit payable on booking of £500 - the remainder payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

The Canary Islands have the perfect climate - mild winters, summers that are hot but not unbearable due to the cooling effect of the cool Canary current from the Atlantic, and little rain. It is the perfect place to come to all year round.
There is much to do and see on the island, the thriving cosmopolitan centre of Arrecife, lazing on the beach in Costa Teguise, or a round of golf or a try your hand at windsurfing!
The islands main tourist attractions are easily accessible from Costa Teguise. Arrecife has an attractive waterfront and an important modern art museum in an old fortress. Several sights on Lanzarote are creations of the great local artist and designer, César Manrique. Within a half-hour drive of Costa Teguise are his remarkable Cactus Garden, his stunning subterranean nightclub and restaurant, Jaméos del Agua, Cuevas de los Verdes and the Fundacíon César Manrique, his amazing former home - now an important modern art gallery - built into underground volcanic caverns. There's plenty more! An hour away is the island's 'must see', a trip to the simmering summit of the live volcano, Timanfaya, set amidst a barren wilderness of lava. There’s the Mirador del Río with sheer cliffs 1000ft high, El Golfo, the lagoon and the pretty village of Yaiza, beautiful at sunset. The hustle and bustle of Teguise’s Sunday market is a favourite for visitors seeking a bargain. The renowned natural beaches of Papagayo are also worth a visit.
Children will enjoy the Rancho Texas theme park on the ring road near Puerto del Carmen, camel riding in Timanfaya and the Tropical gardens at Guinate. Our two enjoy kite flying on the windswept Famara beach on the north west coast of the island.
Lanzarote enjoys the shelter provided by the most westerly Canary Islands and the African coast. As a result it has relatively little rainfall. The climate is temperate and Lanzarote enjoys abundent sunshine all year round. The average temperature is 29° in August and 21° in January.
The Costa Teguise area
The Costa Teguise is one of the most popular resorts of Lanzarote. It is close to the airport, only a twenty minute drive, and has beautiful beaches, lovely shopping, bars and restaurants, sophisticated and fun. It is a great resort for families.
The weather is excellent all year round, with clear skies and sparkling waters. The beaches have fine, golden sand and are well looked after. You may find a breeze here and there which attracts windsurfers, and is also a blessing in the height of summer.
There are many activities you can do: watersports, visiting the cultural and tourist attractions and explore the fishing villages of the North of the island.
Costa Teguise also has the only golfing resort on the island, which is fantastic for the golf lovers among us!

Car hire can be arranged from £107 per week to collect from the airport and return to the Airport saving Taxi fares (Taxi 22 euros) villa 15 min from airport.

We travelled to Lanzarote to this wonderful villa in Costa Teguise. We couldn't have chosen better, the villa is fantastic and has everything that anyone would need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. There was plenty of toys, trampoline, wendy house and paddling pool for the children and if the children are happy then the adults are happy and can relax. The villa is very secure, secure gates everywhere which is fantastic when you have travelled with a 3 yr old and 18 month old as they want to explore everywere. The pool is gated which is a must with children this age although we didn't use the pool much as it was too deep for us to stand in to play around with the kids, this is not a critiscm, my children cannot swim but if travelling with family and you can then this is a wonderful pool. The villa is 5 minutes walking distance from the bars and supermarket but a further 10 minutes takes you to the square of Costa Teguise which has lovely bars and restaurants and very reasonably priced, one bar was 1.20 euro for a large beer all day. We also walked a further 5 minutes to Los curachas beach which my children had so much fun on, we ate and drank in a bar/restaurant which was directly across from the beach called Peskera which I would recommend, service and food was excellent and again very reasonably priced. All in all we had a wonderful time, the only disappointment for us was that we hadn't booked for a longer stay but we will definetely be returning next year. I would definetely recommend this villa to anyone travelling with family, parents, grandparents as everything is within walking distance if you decide to leave the villa. Very good for families as the lockable pool area and children's toys are a real bonus. Nice to have WiFi and Sonos in the house. A 10 minute stroll to the nearest shops and restaurants. Would definitely return.
