This newly listed 2 bedroom apartment has been refurbished to a high standard to provide you with the perfect holiday accommodation. Set in a beautifully kept and popular complex in a convenient location for local restaurants, shops, bars and the beaches.

The Los Molinos complex, designed by the artist Cesar Manrique, offers a stunning private pool. The complex is quiet and perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. The beautifully kept gardens, playground and large swimming pool provides a safe and tranquil environment. Los Molinos is also situated in an area with numerous restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops, banks, car hire, bus stop and taxi rank all just across the road. Not to mention Playa Bastian beach is just a 5 minute walk away. The golf course and water park are a short taxi ride away. I am confident that once you have stayed in our apartment, you will want to return again and again.

Our apartment is situated on the first floor with the balcony over looking the gardens. The apartment consists of an ample lounge leading into the kitchen. The lounge has a large sliding patio door onto the balcony. The master/double bedroom also has a door leading out onto the balcony. The twin room consists of 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ample cupboards and drawers for you to unpack. The bathroom is completely refurbished with new tiles, vanity unit, toilet and bath, with shower attached. There is also a washing machine (so you can pack less and still have clean clothes)

There is also full internet wifi.

Why can't I call Andy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andy (the owner) a message.

If Andy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
