There is a large patio and private garden. The apartment has stunning views of the awe-inspiring west face of the Dru. Guests have the use of secure garage parking and a locker for outdoor items such as skis, boots and cycles. Access to ski fields, great walking, climbing and cycling via the Brevent gondola lift is just 50 metres away as is the ski bus stop. Chamonix 's shopping area is a close walk of around 250 metres. Ski hire and the nearest restaurant is close by. Chamonix's championship golf course in its unforgettable setting is just a couple of minutes away by car. Chamonix is situated on the border of Switzerland and Italy with access to both countries within a few miles and just 1 hour by motorway from Geneva airport.

A second home in the Alps with all of the comforts you would expect.

Equally suitable for a couple, 2 couples, friends or a family. Apartment is on the ground floor with ramp access and all rooms have access to the patio and garden.

Bedroom 1 has a king size double bed, wardrobe and drawers and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, wardrobe and a separate shower room.

Separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, hanging and boot space and plenty of storage.

Selction of DVDs, books and maps and full entertainment suite including SONOS music system.

Towels and linen provided. Apartment and linen cleaned at end of stay. More frequent by arrangement.

As well as private garden and further grounds the mountains of the Aiguilles Rouges soar above the apartment with high mountain trails and forest walks starting by the building and populated with red squirrels, Ibex and marmots .

Chamonix championship golf course 3 minutes drive away. 50 metres from Brevent Gondola. Ski bus stops outside driveway to access all of the Chamonix valley. A dozen resorts within 45 minutes drive including Megeve, Courmayeur and Verbier.

Chamonix is an all year town of 12,000 population with all of the facilities you would expect including many banks, 6 supermarkets, a petrol station and a terrific Saturday market.

Attractions include the Mer de Glace glaciers, ice caves, alpine fauna and flora as well as great cuisine with 2 Michelin starred restaurants and many others of a very high standard.

The Rhône-Alpes region

Chamonix is one of the best known towns in the Alps, famous for Mont Blanc and its legendary adventure sports. It is an attractive bustling town on the Italian/Swiss borders.

Chamonix's skiing season goes on to May and touring extends beyond that.

Chamonix Town Centre

Mont Blanc and the Mer de Glace, Europe's largest glacier with its ice caves are the biggest attractions with numerous other glaciers and great mountain scenery, including alpine fauna and flora.

The lovely Swiss towns of Sion, Fribourg and Gruyere are within striking distances as are Annecy in France and the Grand St Bernard pass with its famous dogs in summer. There are natural spas at Martigny and St Gervais and the famous Haute Route starts (or finishes) here.

Chamonix has many events going on all year, athletic and cultural and a great Saturday market full of local produce.

"A real Home from Home"

We had a great time in Chamonix and this apartment was a real welcome. Relaxing, clean and all mod cons! Two bathrooms with excellent showers, comfy beds and warm. less than 10 min walk into town, although slightly more coming home as it's very uphill!! Great to work off the dinner! Ski lift right on your doorstep which is handy and the apartment has its own parking. Also an added bonus of Wi-Fi and lots of DVD's. We will definitely be returning! Thanks again

"Fabulous apartment, excellent modern facilities and great location"

Stayed at Apartment Linder in Feb half term..Really impressed with the standard of accomodation..Immaculate and clean, top quality fixtures and fittings, cosy and warm with Sat TV and Wi Fi..Definately home from home..In a nice location a short walk from the town and just across the road from the main Brevant cable car..Underground parking an additional bonus..If returning to Chamonix I would not consider staying elsewhere, this apartment ticked all the boxes for us..
