What I offer is an apartment that is two minutes from the town center so if you fancy a night out or a need a pint of milk late at night you have a two minute walk to a supermarket which is open!!!. There´s a money back guarantee if you are not happy with our location.The apartment is not huge but very compact what we don't have in size we have in top of the range utilities and electrical things and are constantly upgrading everything and most of ALL LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.There is NEW OAK FLOORS, a New double sofa bed in the main room( plus we have a new top mattress if you want it even softer in the cupboard) i and 2 single beds in the hall separated by a door for privacy and with this its ideal for 2 but you can have up to 4 people(If you are 4 people £125- £150 pounds each for a weeks accommodation is extremely good value especially in Chamonix Mont Blanc but remember you are there to ski, do things etc etc not laze about the apartment all day). The apartment has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, brand new oven, new Induction Hob and microwave there is a BRAND NEW bathroom, new duvets and pillows, there´s a flat screen digital TV with USB stick so download any films etc and watch them direct via the TV USB socket also HDMI DVD and a selection of DVD films and a Nintendo and PS2 games consuls, back gammon and I phone/ I pad docking station in the living room.The balcony has been newly tiled offering the chance of outdoor eating in the summer months (We have 2 grills electric and traditional) with spectacular views also a brand new oak floor. There is ski Trike and a sledge for kids to play on the beginner slopes behind our complex.
If you decide to rent our place we need to have a deposit and confirmation as soon as possible of a 150 pound (non refundable) and the balance has to be settled no later than 8 weeks before you travel.There is a daily flights All UK airports and Europe (BMI and Easy Jet) to Geneva at very good prices. There are bus transfer services from the airport (LET US BOOK YOUR TRANSFERS FOR YOU AS ALL PART OF THE SERVICE) you just pay the ticket price and we do all the bookings for you as part of your holiday experience with our apartment!! We are here to HELP the entire time.
We take a £150(200 euro) deposit for the key\damage on your arrival day which will be returned as soon as you return the key AND THERE IS NO DAMAGE on your leaving day (key holder is liable to pay for any cost incurred due to damages or breakages at your stay). All rentals pay €30 for a final cleaning when they return the keys and receive their deposit back. This is standard procedure in Chamonix and insures the apartment is in the same condition when you leave for the next client as you arrived. We normally like our clients checked in around 12 Noon on arrival day and checked out around 10 am on departure day BUT we can be flexible if the the flights are favourable with the next clients or the apartment is available on check out day just ask, if you do have to check out there is a locked room where you leave your bags till later.We can even sort out towels and linen etc if you don't want to take your own. “As good as i remembered”

I stayed here again for a few days over a July weekend, having stayed for a week last summer. The owner, Stephen, was kind enough to let me stay for a shorter period despite this being high season. The apartment was as good as I remembered from last year - perfect location, easy access to mountains and to Chamonix town centre, close to some nice restaurants (particularly recommend Satsuki Japanese restaurant a very short walk away, and the pizza caravan just across the road). I had some problems with a late flight and so missed my shuttle bus to Chamonix on the first night, which necessitated arriving the following morning. Stephen's housekeeper Marianna, who looks after the apartment, was very flexible and accommodating about this, and I was able to get access as soon as I arrived the following morning. The apartment is comfortable, has beautiful views from the balcony, and feels safe and secure. I'd definitely stay there again, and have once again found both the owner and housekeepers very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

"Perfect base for getting to mountains"
I stayed at Clos du Savoy last summer, during a week spent climbing in the mountains around Chamonix. My experience of booking and arriving was very positive - the owner, Stephen, was very responsive and helpful in advance of arrival, even booking a transfer to and from Geneva airport for me. Arrival arrangements worked very well (i was met by one of the housekeepers, although I understand there are new arrangements in place this year which allow direct access to the apartment using a code). The apartments is basic but comfortable, with a small but well-equipped kitchen, fold-down bunk beds and a decent-sized living area. The bathroom is perfectly adequate for one or two people - it has a shower but no bath, which is fairly standard for European rental apartments in my experience. The big balcony with views up to the Aiguilles was very pleasant for sitting out in the sun. The location is absolutely perfect - a very short walk to the town centre and about a ten to fifteen minute walk from both the Brevent lift and the Aiguille du Midi cable car, but in a very quiet location. Having somewhere quiet to get a good night's sleep was very important to me, as I was having some very early morning starts, and this apartment was perfect in that respect. There are a couple of nice places to eat just across the road from the complex - a decent pizza place, nice Japanese restaurant and a very pleasant coffee shop - and it's literally just a few minutes walk to the centre of Chamonix with lots more restaurants, bars, etc. The complex in which the apartment is located is well-maintained and has a nice feel to it - seemed like a mix of tourists and local residents, and everyone I came across was friendly. I thought the apartment was extremely good value for money, and nothing was too much trouble for Stephen, the owner, who was also keen to check afterwards if everything had been OK and to get feedback on what could be improved. I've booked again for a shorter trip this July, and he was kind enough to let me book for less than a week, which was unexpected given that this is in peak summer season. In short, a perfect base for a Chamonix holiday, with a very helpful and friendly owner, and extremely good value for money. I'm looking forward to going back in July.

"Perfect spot in the city center"
I have stayed here three times over the last couple of years for snowboarding holidays, you would be hard pressed to find a more convenient place to spend a few days. The apartment is right in the center of town, with only a couple of minutes walk to the main high street and bus stops. The place is fully stocked with everything you would need, beds, blankets, kitchen equipment, bathroom, etc. There's also a small terrace outside, good for placing skiing equipment in winter. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to spend a holiday in Chamonix.

"Absolutely fantastic value for money"
I stayed in the apartment with my daughter in October and it was great. We were there to hike in the beautiful mountains of Chamonix and lots of tracks ran right behind the building. The owner was very helpful and fast to respond to our questions and he even booked our transfer. The apartment had everything we needed even a game console for entertainment. The location is superb just in the middle of town and still quiet at night. We are going back in March for skiing.

"Small but cosy"
I have stayed at this apartment on several occasions both in the summer and winter. Although the apartment is on the small side it has all the necessary facilities with a good size modern bathroom and a newly modernized kitchen, with a nice size balcony. The slopes are on the door step and public transport only a 5 minute walk and easy to use, the town is close and has many pubs clubs and good places to eat and drink. I would recommend this apartment

"Location location location"
Super customer service / communication. Fully equiped little studio, with a ski slope less than 50 metres away. This is the way to do it, cheap flight into geneva, transfer, self catering in one of the worlds best ski resorts. Your next move..... booking @ easy jet :-) The guy has two apartments too, so if you are a group of i.e 4/5/6 make contact with him!
