My priority is that in our farm you are at home, that you enjoy the privileged time of Mallorca, the pool, the sun, the beautiful natural environment and the proximity of the best beach on the island: Es Trenc. Our country house is located in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí and only 10 minutes by car from the privileged beaches of the east of the island, including the wonderful Es Trenc. The house stands out for its tranquility and for offering our guests total privacy. It is very comfortable and perfect for families or groups of friends. It has supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the fun shopping experience at the popular Campos market, which is held on Thursdays and Saturdays. The pretty village of Santanyí, with its traditional stone houses, also has a varied offer of bars, restaurants and shops.The pool is 40m2

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rafael (the owner) a message.

    If Rafael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
