Lovely two-bedroom villa with private pool in a quiet town of Callao Salvaje, on the south of Tenerife.

This villa has been upgraded to an excellent standard, and it is situated on one of the larger plots of the Urbanization.

Relax in comfort in the lovely lounge area looking out over the private pool and sun terrace.

With stunning sea views from the pool area looking out to the neighbouring Island of La Gomera, you soon realise what a beautiful Island Tenerife is.

There is a covered terrace for when shade is required providing fantastic views of sea and mountain. There is a BBQ and ample patio furniture for sunbathing or alfresco dining. Internally the villa is fully equipped with fans in all rooms and air-conditioner in master bedroom.

Located in the south of the island, in the popular town of Callao Salvaje, 25 km from the international airport and approximately 10 km from Playa de Las Americas. About 700 meters the new sandy beach, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and hammocks.

The villa consists of a spacious and luminous living room with dining area, and separate kitchen, equipped with everything you might need, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2 own parking places.

Designed for comfortable accommodation of up to 5 people . From the living room you can go to a large terrace where you can sunbathe and swim in the spacious pool. This villa has a great corner location, that allows you to get in directly, through separate entrance, from the parking lot.

On hidden from prying eyes terrace, there is a private pool and a cosy garden, a BBQ area with a magnificent view of the Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. Here, in an atmosphere of tranquillity and privacy, you will be able to sunbathe under the warm Canarian sun, have a deep dive in the pool, cook delicious kebabs or Canarian-styled rabbit (Conejo al Salmorejo), or simply enjoy the beautiful Tenerife's climate.

The accommodation is situated all on one level, and is ideal for families with kids. There is a rental charge of 10 euro per week for the high-chair or cot, and 100 euro for the final cleaning when leaving. 300 euro - refundable damage deposit paid when checking-in. This Villa is equipped with everything you might need, for a luxurious and placid holiday: Satellite TV with all European channels, TV, DVD Player, Internet, Microwave, Tea maker, Toaster, Refrigerator, Oven, Dish-Washer, All the Furniture, All bedding, Towels and Robes, Iron and ironing board, Safe box, Air Conditioning, Fans, Washing Machine, Terrace with furniture, Gardens, & Private pool.

Just 200 meters away from the commercial centre, where there are: dozens of bars and restaurants, two supermarket, shops, French Bakery, 2 Banks, dry cleaning and a health centre, a tennis court, beauty salon and hairdresser. An ideal place for quiet and peaceful holidays´ lovers, away from the noisy and never sleeping "youth" quarters of the island.

The new sandy beach of Callao Salvaje is now finished and is just a few minutes walk from the villa. The beautiful beaches of Fanabe are just a 10 minutes drive away.

Only 10 minutes walk to an exclusive Grand Hotel Callao, where all the guests are welcome, which is settled in this exclusive area of the south of the island, with it's typical Canarian architecture, surrounded by 54,000m2 of tropical gardens and has fantastic views over the Atlantic Ocean. You can enjoy the fantastic sports facilities: golf pitch & putt (9 holes), Golf school for different levels, 3 tennis courts, 3 paddle courts, 1 squash court, and multisport gym located at Spa centre.     If Denis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
