“Husbands 60th” A party of 13 plus a baby celebrating my husbands 60th birthday.. could not have asked for a better villa it was amazing had everything we needed for a wonderful week stay. 5 bedrooms 2 ensuite though one ensuite has no toilet, 2 main bathrooms huge living dining area and fantastic outside space brilliant pool plenty of Sunbeds and chairs and with the sun all day it was perfect.. Travel cots and high chairs along with Ironing board and iron.. books games and TV with all English channels. A bbq was great to have as well. very clean.. parts of the villa have been refurbished and looks great very modern .Shiela who is the cleaner was very helpful emailed before we arrived sorted out beach towels €10 for 10 for the week and a welcome pack €30 including basics bread jam butter milk juice ham and a bottle of wine popped in on our first day to check all ok one of the lights was not working in one of the rooms she sorted electrician to come fix it.. very helpful. Pool man came everyday to check pool and clean.
The location was not the best for my 77 year old mother as it is located on a hill but did not stop us having a great time the bars and shops were located at the bottom of the hill and there was a taxi rank there €4/5 for a taxi back to the villa. Bus stop was part way down the hill and at the bottom with buses into Los Christianos Adeje and Fanabe but look into that as a few of us waited twice and bus driver shook his head and did not stop..
There are a few good bars and restaurants in the resort the restaurant On The beach was great and also the Indian was lovely.. we went into the Irish bar really good atmosphere ( we were there on St Patrick’s day) there are two supermarkets had everything you would need.. a French bakers was great every morning for fresh bread and crossiants.. The owners recommended Kenny for airport transfers also included in the price is taking you to the supermarket to get stocked up he was great for pick up and drop off we also booked with him a couple of times for different nights out he always kept us informed of times he would be with us he also is great for recommending places to go and places to eat he recommended a great restaurant before we went Molino Blanco (The White Windmill) amazing place if you are celebrating or just want a great meal and entertainment about 15 min drive away.. he also took a few of us into Las Americas Hard Rock Cafe.
All in all we had a great week with lots of great memories to look back on.. would highly recommend and would love to return thankyou
“Nice big villa in calm surrounding. Lovely pool and well equipped kitchen.” Very nice big villa. We were 12 persons during one week and everything worked out well. Fine terras with sun all day. Calm and quite surrounding, close to the bus.Taxi is not expensive. Callao Salvaje is median large village with tree food shops and lots of restaurants.
