From the owner

Casa David is a beautiful duplex consisting of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, two balconies, private pool and barbecue. It is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. On the upper floor the rooms are composed of a double bedroom with double bed that has a large private balcony that offers spectacular views of the sea and Cala Galdana, while the second bedroom has two single beds and both have a wardrobe built-in On this floor there is also a family bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. On the ground floor we find the dining room that has two sofas, a TV, an interior table for all diners. The kitchen consists of ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware. This floor also has a balcony where you can enjoy meals outdoors with the landscape of Cala Galdana as a heel in the background. The outdoor area consists of a private pool with hammocks. Casa David is the twin sister of Casa Lluís since they are practically identical and are neighbors, so it can be ideal for two families or for two small groups of friends, since they offer proximity to each other but at the same time they preserve intimacy and privacy to be able to lodge each group of people in their own home. How do damage deposits work?
