Luxury, ground and 1st floor apartments on an exclusive gated development of only eight 3-bed apartments with communal gardens, pool and 2 designated parking places per apartment.
Both of the apartments have been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and are located within 5 minutes walking distance to two beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets; a further 5 minutes walk will lead you to the fabulous international Cala d'Or marina, where you will find restaurants to suit all tastes.
Beautiful ancient stone-built villages are a few minutes away by car — some of which have lovely weekly markets. The lively resort of Cala d'Or is five minutes away by public transport or a leisurely 15 minutes walk via the marina, where you will find plenty of shops, dozens of restaurants and bars in the pedestrianised area, as well as another three beaches. The beaches and town centres are also served by a regular mini- train "The Cala d'Or Express", which appeals to children and adults alike and is a very cost effective way of touring the local area. Those wishing to explore the area can take cruises along the coastline or ride the mini-train to the picturesque village of Cala Mondrago with its nature reserve, two fine white sandy beaches and crystal clear water. The spectacular cliffs and the area inland are of great wildlfe interest throughout the year and have become one of the main attractions of the region. Excursions can also be taken to the nearby villages of Cala Figuera, Puerto Petro, Sa Colonia de Sant Jordi or the isle of Cabrera.

The apartments are suitable for young children as the complex is completely contained within high fences and automatic gates.Each apartment has a large terrace provided with a table and six chairs. The terrace overlooks a peaceful garden area with a larger than average shared pool for only eight apartments; showers and communal sun loungers are provided around the pool area.The two designated parking spaces provided for each apartment are accessed by an electrically operated remote controlled gate; an entry-phone system within each apartment is also provided to welcome visitors to the complex. .
**The identical 1st floor apartment ,which is directly above the ground floor one, also has a large terrace overlooking the gardens and pool. If you would prefer to rent the first floor apartment, or rent both properties, please enquire.****Please note: Subject to availabiliy, the apartments can also be booked out of peak season as two or one bedroom apartments at the owners' discretion**.Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but this is flexible where possible during low season. The apartments are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

The south of the island is characterised by the more lively resorts of Magaluf and Palma Nova, which are ideal if you are looking for a lively nightlife. The island is also a beautiful setting for walking, cycling and fishing holidays.

"Fantastic family holiday in beautiful surroundings....home from home"
We stayed at S'Estel mid June and I can find not one thing to complain about (which is not like me). The directions we had printed off from the website were great and took us straight to the front door. We did arrive quite late due to flight delay and Hertz hire car being an absolute disgrace but that's another story (avoid them at all cost). We were met at the property by Mia who quickly showed us around and explained a few things about the property which was great considering we were so late. The property itself was immaculately clean although a couple spiders webs possibly due to being empty for short period of time - wasn't a major issue. Bedrooms are all of a decent size and all have air conditioning which is a must for me. Kitchen well equipped and adequate for the small amount of cooking that is required while on holiday. Being on the ground floor (apt 1a) was great as it gives you direct access to the pool and a decent amount of outside room for sunbathing and dining al fresco. We had our 1 year old son with us so the various pool items and paddling pool that had been left at our disposal were ideal. There is a barbecue which we didn't use but due to laziness along with charcoal that if used you can replace (thought that was a nice touch). The complex is very private (only 8 apartments, blocks of four either side of the pool) and feels very secure. The walk into Cala Egos takes no more than five minutes and down to the marina no more than ten so the location is perfect. Would like to give a special mention to Molly's bar as the welcome you receive and the food you are served are both second to none. We also ate at the Yacht club which although a much grander setting paled into insignificance on the food and service front. Booking the apartment was done with minimal fuss and the £250 deposit was paid back into our account 48 hours after we returned. I did consider not writing a review for S'Estel as we wanted to keep this little gem for ourselves but I felt that the time we had merited a positive response. We will definitely be returning and hopefully in the not too distant future.

"Ticks all the boxes"
Stayed here twice now both times with friends ( 3 couples ). Plenty of room very comfortable with all the mod cons you would expect a/c in all bedrooms and living room and a good size kitchen with modern facilities even freeview tv . The apartment is a short walk from the beach shops and bars ( Bar KO being a favourite) of cala egos which is a lovely family resort. A little further afield is cala d'or those with small kids may be better of getting a cab which will only cost about 7eruos, but best is to walk that way you can walk around the marina where ther are some of the best restuarants I have ever been in and be gobsmacked at the boats and yachts that are moored there. Hope to return in the near future for a 3rd visit.

"Beautiful apartment, lovely owners, fabulous location and ideal holiday"
It's taken me a while to get round to writing this review as i've had another baby recently, but we travelled here with our (at the time) 6 month old, and the property was lovely, so clean, very secure and walking distance to a lovely port area. The owners were wonderful and really helpful answering questions before we left the UK and there was also a helpful guide situated in the apartment when we arrived. The rooms are all very spacious and modern and the pool was lovely, although it's communal often we had it all to ourselves and the other people when they were there were all lovely. It's a great location from which to explore too. The great thing about the pool is it's right outside your door, not a distance to walk from your apartment. As we had a baby with us, it was also nice to be able to sit on the outside terrace or sunbathe or swim with the little one asleep literally a metre away inside the apartment in her cot with a baby monitor, knowing that she was 100% safe and people would have to get past us to get to her, so we could swim, sunbathe and relax and enjoy our holiday yet have the baby monitor next to us and know she was completely happy. There are also lovely shady areas where we used to put the baby tent up. I'd totally recommend these apartments and would love to come back again, this time with two children now though and the first is now a toddler. Thank you for a lovely stay.
