A delightful cottage nestled in its own private garden surrounded by open farmland. It is a light and airy property fully furnished and modernised throughout. The bedroom has a 6' double bed which can be split into twin beds if required.
The ensuite provides a large shower area with instant hot water. French doors open out onto a south westerly facing patio and garden via the bedroom or lounge.
For long term stays and outhouse provides a utility area. The property is down a quiet lane and within walking distance to The Brooks Nature Reserve. The local pub is a ten minute walk.

The accommodation is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed for additional family members.There is Digital T.V. with freesat, HD and DVD player. Books and board games also provided.
All linen and beach towels included.

We provide a complimentary welcome hamper of milk,tea,coffee,bread,butter, our own free range eggs and home grown fruit and veg when in season.
Conditions
50% deposit to be paid to confirm the booking. Final balance required six weeks prior to start of holiday. If booking made less than six weeks before holiday start date full balance required at time of booking. Strictly no smoking. Having two dogs of our own we are unable to accommodate any more four legged friends. Not suitable for children.
The South East England / Sussex region
This area of the South East enjoys the best weather in the U.K.
It offers diverse landscape from the rolling hills of the Southdowns National Park to the lovely unspoilt sandy beaches at West Wittering. This area is steeped in history and offers many fabulous places to visit, such as Chichester, Bognor Regis and Arundel. Further afield Portsmouth and Brighton are within an hours drive and London is only sixty miles away.
The Bognor Regis / Shripney area
Shripney is a small hamlet located between Chichester and Bognor Regis. Within walking distance there is The Brooks Nature Reserve and a local pub. Bognor Regis is a ten minute drive offering a blue flag beach, tennis courts,crazy golf, bowling and golf. Seven miles away lies the city of Chichester which was built by the Romans two thousand years ago. It offers fabulous shopping, restaurants and of course the Chichester festival theatre which attracts many of the worlds top actors to its stage. A fifteen minute car journey takes you to the picturesque town of Arundel dominated by its Norman Castle.
Offering river cruises and much more. Goodwood is internationally renowned for the Festival of Speed and the Revival and of course its horse racing. Wittering beach offers a lovely day out for the family whether it be relaxing on the sandy beach or being more adventurous and trying out the watersport facilities they have to offer.

We have had the pleasure of staying at Willow Cottage twice now and cannot recommend this great self catering accommodation highly enough. The cottage provides extremely comfortable, well equipped modern accommodation for 2 people and is set in a beautiful, well established family small holding. Steve, Debbie and their family are extremely welcoming, helpful and considerate to the needs of their visitors and have created a lovely accommodation which offers comfort and privacy, with its own garden and utility outhouse and also provides good access to local tourist attractions and the picturesque countryside of West Sussex. We were also treated to a country style welcome hamper which provided those first day essentials, including milk, bread, free range eggs and even home made cookies, really great. Thank you. |
