Rural house in the center of the island, ideal for family, cultural, gastronomic and sports holidays such as cycling or hiking. Binissalem is a wine town with numerous wineries and a wide range of guided tours and tasting workshops that will make wine lovers with a designation of origin fall in love. The house has large spaces with more than 310 m2 interiors and more than 200 private garden with pool. The kitchen is specially designed for group cooking. Sa llimonera is a house designed to live it, the common areas are very spacious, only the living room has 66 m2, the kitchen has the latest in appliances and has 25 m2, has a large portal of 6 ml outside, and, completely open it's like cooking in the garden. It has two dining rooms, one in the patio and one in the living room. It is recommended to see the additional rules before finalizing the reservation. If the reservation is for 6 people or less only 3 rooms will be prepared, the other 2 will remain closed and so on up to a maximum of 11 people (other options consult with the property)

    How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ANA MARIA (the owner) a message.

    If ANA MARIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
