Rare Seafront Villa in Binibeca - only 40 metres from the south coast of Menorca
Three swimming options:
1) Sea Cove - 40 metres from villa with pool ladder for access - full of interesting marine life and an exciting 10 metre sea cave to swim through and climb out onto the rocks above.
2) Large Shared Pool - 30 metres from entrance - with three depths (includes a separate area for toddlers and gentle walk in steps with handrail for main pool). The pool is very quiet as fenced with restricted key access to residents only
3) Binibeca Beach - a pleasant 5 minute coastal walk from villa (or 1 minute in a car). Beach has grass roofed cafe/bar area and shallow quiet waters for first 30 metres.
All villa bedrooms have sea views, private decks, sunblinds, and most importantly - roll-down mosquito screens on all bedroom doors.
The large terrace has spectacular views of the sea to the south, west and east. The sun sets directly across the terrace providing a stunning way to end each day.
Sleeps 6 comprising 3 bedrooms + 2 bathroom
1) Master Bedroom - 1 x Kingsize bed - 180cm wide x 200cm long
2) East Bedroom 2 - 1 x 135cm wide -so standard UK double + 1 x 90cm wide - both are 190cm long
3) West Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds - both are 90cm wide x 190cm long
All bedding and towels (also includes a beach towel) provided:
Bedding is high quality 100% cotton sheets
4 x Towels (per person) 1 x bath sheet, 1 x hand towel, 1 x face cloth, 1 x beach towel
Kitchen has large fridge/freezer, separate drinking water tap using built-in osmosis system, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, glass blender, place settings for 12 people, A wide range of cooking equipment and utensils.
Lounge has: Wifi + Smart Television + DVD player + portable Bluetooth speaker + Ipod docking station CD player. There is also a cabinet with games + playing cards + English holiday reading books
Utility Room has: Washing Machine, Dryer, swim fin flotation device for young children and other swimming equipment - e.g. clear swimming googles for watching fish in cove + Fishing equipment bag.
Shopping: 1 minute walk to local shop that stocks a wide range of fresh food and other consumables. Two cafe style restaurants next to shops
Binibeca Village has a wonderful pedestrian only zone full of restaurants and bars to relax. The stunning architecture of Binibeca is famous in Menorca.
Transport: Local buses can take you into Mahon,and other nearby towns. Hiring a car is recommended to explore the island better, but it is not essential if you are happy to relax by the sea at the villa
Parking: The villa has its own driveway with parking for 2 cars.
