THE NEIGHBORHOOD VIEWS… over one mile in length, Marine Stadium offers panoramic views of blue sky and blue water. A designated state historic site, the Stadium was built in 1925 and enhanced to host the 1932 and 1968 Olympic Rowing competition and trials. Today it offers you access to some of Southern California's favorite water sports.

SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS… Our MASTER SUITE is dressed in a coastal theme featuring a California-famous “California King” sized bed. The adjoining private bathroom offers a Jacuzzi Spa tub including luxurious bath bubbles and amenities for peaceful soaks or romantic interludes. Double sinks, private shower, and private water closet round out the room.

Our Upstairs BAHAMA BEDROOM is California Casual and offers a queen-sized bed that sleeps two. Guests have easy access to the second floor bathroom with full shower and tub.

Our Upstairs BEACH BEDROOM is a bit nautical and whimsical, featuring two twin-sized beds great for both children or adults.

Our Downstairs Queen Sofa Sleeper is located in the comfortable fourth URBAN BEDROOM with office, and accommodates both privacy while the plush queen bed is drawn out and versatile use of the room when sofa seating is restored.

Our Downstairs Single Sleeper is located in the sun room, again offering multi-purpose use of the room during daytime hours.Additional Air Mattresses and Bedding can be provided for rental parties with 10+ guests.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES… The second floor entertainment “family room” boasts a 52-inch HDTV with DVD player. Peruse the expansive DVD movie library for a film that suits the mood then sink into the leather couches with cozy seating among the cushions. Or, select a book and lounge by the fireplace for a happy read. Or, wander out onto the balcony for full water views and bask in the sunny, salt air. Move the party downstairs to be ground level with sand and shore. The first floor features a wet bar, bistro seating, fireplace and sun room, perfect for casual indoor-to-the-beach entertaining.

… and when evening comes, enjoy the twinkling lights reflected in the water as boats gently motor by or midnight kayakers paddle along in the moonlight.

AT HOME IN LONG BEACH… if you need a break from soaking up the sun and savoring the sand between your toes… there are many fun and nearby local sites to enjoy. You can hop on the Red Passport Bus to visit The Queen Mary, Shoreline Village, The Pike, and Aquarium of the Pacific. Enjoy a leisurely bike ride along the 4-mile stretch of oceanfront path. You can even book a gondola to tour the locals Naples Canals with a singing guide and onboard wine and cheese picnic.
