This fabulous villa has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard and set in stunning grounds that include a swimming pool with children area as well as a large patio area with BBQ to provide ample room for sunbathing and al fresco dining. There is also a vineyard and numerous fruit trees.
The villa is set in Gurkovo which is a very traditional Bulgarian village, and is located approximately 7 miles from the historic fishing and beach resort town of Balchik and even closer to the new golf course that are in the area. Gurkovo is an extremely tranquil place surrounded by open sunflower fields in the summer months that are quite stunning.

The Black Sea Coast region
The Northern Black Sea coast enjoys a mild and pleasant climate that extends the tourist season by up to 150 days. There are many resorts with lovely wide fine grain sandy beaches and clean and calm shallow seas.

Balchik / Gurkovo area
Balchik is a 2600 years old town, a seaside resort that combines the romance of its steep streets with the beauty of the sea. For a long time it has been known as the White Town for the mainly white colour of its lime rocks.
The town is attractive to tourists with its ancient atmosphere that has been preserved for centuries now. The ancient now lies side by side with the modern. The steep, cobblestone streets lined with whitewashed, red-tiled houses now lead down to the harbour that is being renovated into a new yacht port.
Restaurants and shops nestle along the harbour edge along with the newly constructed hotels and apartments. On the outskirts of the town lie the new golf courses that are being built all leading to the continuing reputation that the area will become the most exclusive in Bulgaria for the golfing and yachting crowds.
How to get there
Flights available from Gatwick to Varna with BA or Bulgaria Air. Varna to villa approx 20 miles, we also arrange airport pick up and drop off and car hire if required.
Regional flights also available to Bourgas and Varna during the summer season. Please contact me for more information.
