From the owner

Warm and welcoming accommodation, situated in the historical centre of Ariccia immersed in the parco regionale dei Castelli Romani; also ideal for visiting Rome. The apartment consists of a large kitchen with all amenities, a living room with a double sofa bed where you can listen to good music. Loft with double bed and attached bathroom with bathtub. The House is entirely covered with wood beams and wooden floors. The second bath is located on the ground floor with shower. Bed-linen is included. Wi-Fi available throughout the House!

The House has a private entrance, parking for 650 yards, city is a free elevator takes you directly in the historical centre of Ariccia.

We will be present at your arrival and your departure to indicate any type of business. On request we are ready to accompany you for hiking and mountain biking. Possibility of transfer to and from Ciampino international airport on request.

A short walk from our House in historic centre of Ariccia all services: Market. Oven, Bank, Restaurants really typical of this country (Fraschette).

About 1.5 Km from the House you will find the train station of Albano Laziale, with departures for Termini station every hour. Moreover, the main square of Ariccia is linked with a Shuttle-Bus is with the town of belisce and Albano Laziale.
