A beautiful newly built villa with its own private 12 x 4 metre floodlit swimming pool, situated on the hillside in unspoilt countryside but within 20 mins drive of Alanya, fitted to a very high standard the villa offers every convenience for a luxury holiday including air conditioning,internet access through a dongle (payable locally), washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, water cooler,dining set.

A spacious living/dining area leads through sliding glass patio doors to the terrace, which overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. The outside area is equipped with dining table and chairs and sun loungers for your relaxation.

The villa is set amidst lemon and orange groves and offers the most wonderful views of Alanya the coast and the mountains.

In 15 minutes by car you can be relaxing on one of the three blue flag beaches, enjoying a drink or meal in one of the numerous restauants,cafes or bars or shopping in Alanya. Dim Cayi is worth a visit for a swim or to enjoy a meal at one of the many floating restaurants. A short drive from the villa is Alanya Castle a stunning location with breathtaking views there is a cable car up to the castle.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ron (the owner) a message.

If Ron (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
