The property Podere-Pantano is an ideal place for a luxury and peaceful holiday or a special stay like a honeymoon. There are two dwellings for 2 and 2-3 persons. The smaller one is a separate part of the main house with own access and own terrace for optimum privacy. The larger one is a villetta, a guest-house, about 70 meters away from the main house. The rates, shown here, are the rates for the guest-house. The rates for the dwelling for 2 persons in the main house are typically 30% lower than the prices shown. The Lazio region
Lazio is one of the most safe and special parts in the middle of Italy. A lot of hot springs, the lake Bolsena and ofcourse the old Etruskan culture is found in the surrounding. Cita Muore is a old city to be visit near lake Bolsena. Also the protected villages like Sorano, pitigliano are eye catching and you feel the typical Italian history.
The small villages with a lot of specific Italian restaurants, hiking trails , horse riding and tennis courts all in the nearby surrounding. But according to our clients, they liked there stay so much at our property that they just enjoyed being there with the rolling hills and the beautiful view all around.

Acquapendente / Proceno area
The village of Proceno has a castle where you can have dinner in the garden or inside. The local cafe and little grocery shops. You feel imidiately a century back. Only this gives you the relax feeling of a holiday. Further more you will find every week a market, in Proceno is a pharmacist, a boucher, a bakery and the grocery shops so little you don't believe it , but they have everything for the daily use. In the centre a cafe with delicious Italian cafe and ice cream
To unwind this quiet area is a place to be. Also if you like more culture you will find a lot of typical Italian cities nearby. Like Roma, Siena, Orvieto and Perugia. Also the Etruskan culture in Tarquinia is a must to see.
How to get there
With the air planes towards Rome, Pisa or Florence. Ryan air and Easy jet are the most cheep ones. Also by train/ car from France towards Proceno.
Podere-Pantano is located 138 km. from the Fiumicino airport and 165 from the Ciampino airport. The distance towards Siena will be 87 km.

Further details indoors: The villa is beautiful decorated with good and luxury furnish. A 2 person bath at the ground floor and stall showers near all the bedrooms. Between the 2 houses is a large wooden garden table with a stone barbecue.
The swimming pool is lit during the evening. Every week you will have new sheets and towels for the bathroom.

Further details outdoors: Around the swimming pool you will find umbrella's and very comfortable beach chairs.
The windows can be covered by screens and protected against the sun. The outdoor dining tables are located under a sun protected roof.

The rent starts on Saturday till Saturday. For the rates of the other apartments please contact the owner. We have room for a maximum of 9 persons in total when the 3 apartments are rented at the same time. For special requests contact us.
Conditions
A well-behaved dog is allowed for the costs of € 100 pro week, but sorry, no cats.
Strictly no smoking except on the terraces or garden .
Refundable breakages deposit of £400 required by booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
30% of rental fee at the moment of your booking. 8 weeks before your stay the rest of the rental amount must be received at our bank account including the safety deposit.
There are bedrooms and bathrooms at the ground floor providing wheelchair access.
