A recently refurbished charming farmhouse, set in the hills with fantastic views overlooking the Pescia valley, this traditional, rustic Tuscan farmhouse is the perfect place to relax and unwind

Classy hilltop villa with private, secure swimming pool, wood fired pizza oven &barbecue set in lawned gardens surrounded by olive groves and chestnut woods. Situated on the hills above Pescia it has commanding views over the surrounding country side and Mediterranean.

Our Wood Shack is set in our tranquil Olive Groves, yet just a 10 minute walk from the Town Centre of Pescia. It is one bedroom with a King Size Bed. When you wake up in the morning your view is of the Tuscan mountains and you can hear the church bells chiming.

You are free to roam our 3 acre farm and enjoy, yet the beach, Florence and Pisa are less than an hour away.

The focal point of the 27 hectare estate Azienda Agricola Marzalla, is “Villa Guardatoia”, a 17th century villa. Apartment Fiordaliso is a comfortable apartment, part of a rural farmhouse that we have been restored to his original state.
