“Highly Recommended” Our stay at Number 49, Gower Holiday Village was great, we had a quiet and chilling stay, the property was homely and welcoming though I missed having a radio. The facilities in the bungalow were great, we had intended to cook most of the time but despite the well appointed kitchen, we ate out a lot, enjoying the meals at the site pub. We made use of the indoor pool and had great time walking on the local beaches and taking in the panoramic views. The site was very family orientated but never felt over crowded. Unfortunately our stay at Number 49 was all too short, we have already recommended this place to family and friends and hope to return soon.

“Great Location, stunning views!” My husband and I booked this apartment as a basis to explore South Wales. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, the views from the balcony, the living room and the master bedroom are just stunning. The sea view is always impressive at any time of the sdy, regardless of the weather conditions. The beach is practically on the doorstep and you can walk for miles on the promenade, enjoying the view towards the Mumbles and the lighthouse. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants and a small supermarket nearby and the town centre is within walking distance. The owner, Jo, was extremely helpful, checking with us twice during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We will definitively come again to see more of this beautiful area.

“Great accommodation, sea view and 2 minute walk to the Beach” We stayed 5 nights in the bungalow. Checking in and out was very simple. We found the accommodation to be very well equipped, the bathroom and kitchen have been recently re-fitted to a high standard which is nice. We stayed with our 5 month old child and the facilities were good. All facilities within the bungalow were good, large TV, stereo and American style Fridge freezer. We were lucky with the weather so enjoyed the BBQ most evenings and the garden is full of Sun until late into the evening. The beach really is only a 2 minute walk away and you can walk along the track to Horton and to Port Eynon with a Pushchair. The local pub,The Ship is a strange looking place but the staff were all very pleasant and they have a good selection of Food/Drinks All in all a great place to stay and we would return without hesitation.

“The best self catering accommodation on the Gower Peninsula” Our family had a wonderful two weeks down on the Gower Peninsular, and for which we booked the Oak Barn in Three Crosses. The location is central with beaches north and south, things to see and do both on land and in the water, and a golf course on the doorstep. The accommodation is great for a family, with plenty of space to chill out. Outside there was even a hot tub which was used most days, and all this started of with a bottle of bubbly on arrival. The owner Leanne was also most helpful with any questions we had on arrival. We would recommend this accommodation unreservedly to anyone, loved it !

Holiday converted chapel in Lower Cwmtwrch
Lower Cwmtwrch converted chapel
- 5 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms
- sleeps 10
“A perfect place to stay with friends and family” Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Plenty of room for the nine of us and with three bathrooms there was no queuing! Very well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels supplied and loads of extra blankets although these were not needed as the chapel is lovely and warm. The chapel is beautifully restored and has such a homely feel about it. I was feeling a little anxious as I was responsible for booking the chapel for friends but the reaction when they arrived and looked around was great. None of us wanted to leave! We will all be coming back again and have recommended the chapel to so many friends and family.
