“Superfriendly, very tidy, we love it !” It´s in a little sideroad very quiet with a wonderfull view of the lake. You walk through a little yard to get into the lovely garden. To walk to the lake takes 20-30 min, to walk to the supermaket takes 10 min. The apartment is in a top condition, like brandnew and extremly tidy. Pino and Antonella are outstanding hosts, we felt like we were visiting some friends.:-) In the second floor there is one sleeping-room, the other sleeping-room is in the open hallway wich is very spacious. It´s an open area to the stairs but save for children. With the folding shutters you could darken the rooms perfektly. 100% Recomended by us. Thank you very much!

“The Best Hidden Gem on Lake Como...This place is spectacular!!!!” Dear readers, i want to express my deepest gratitudine to West and Karin of Villa Poletti. When you choose a property online you never know what you are really getting and if the expectations are going to be as you expect them..what can i say. Me and my fiance from Beverly Hills stay for 7 nights in this wonderful villa and i would define our stay with a title...THE PERFECT STAY. From the moment we arrive Monica greeted us and made us feel at home immediately showing us the entire Villas. The grounds are wonderful with the terrace overlooking the lake where we spent most of our time eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and admiring and enjoy what is Italy all about...Cherrishing the moment. The Kitchen is immaculate with all ultimate appliances for a michelin star chef, the living room grand overlooking the terrace and the lake...you have 4 bedrooms artefully furnishhed...our bedroom was wonderful and facing the lake and for 3 nights we had firewalks ...i called West to say thank you also for this surprise :))). We did not have any kind of noise that interrupted our sleep, the mattress is very comfortable and the bathrooms beautifully designed for your comfort. Being use to travelling 5 star around the World it would of been an easy choice to stay in a 5 star hotel but the real luxury is a Villa and Villa Poletti ticks all our green lights for what we consider luxury and what we are costumed too especially living in Beverly Hills. Readers look no further...if you plan on to go to Bellagio..Villa Poletti is your must stop...you will not regret it and especially you will feel like a King and Queen and instead of staying in a small or large hotel room it will not be in comparison in staying in a 5 star Villa like this with history, comfort, views and all you need to be pampered with. We also enjoyed a few boat tours that they able to arrange. In addition the wifi was excellent and also their Stereo system perfect ...There are so many properties to choose from today and we feel very lucky to have found this villa because is a place that we will go back to every year because a vacation for us is about creating long lasting memories and probably the ones that we have had in Villa Poletti are the most wonderful ones...
