PRIVATE STRUCTURE. I Vigneti is a modern, bright, recently-built, double-storey villa, covering an area of about 350 sq m. The property is horseshoe-shaped with the pool in the centre. The large porch in front of the kitchen and living room promotes life in the open air. The view looks out over the hills with the fine vineyards which produce the famous wines of Barolo and Barbaresco. The main services are all within walking distance but also easily reachable are the main towns in this area of Piedmont, known worldwide for its culinary delights.
The villa has two floors. The main entrance leads directly into the large living/dining room with direct access to the porch. On the left is a study, a guest bathroom and the large kitchen, also with access to the outside. The living room leads on to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub and to a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. From the living room an ellipse-shaped staircase in wood and steel leads up to the first floor with a further sitting room, a double bedroom with balcony, a twin bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with shower.
The roughly 1000 sq m garden stretches out in front of the house where the pool has been built. The garden, planted with lawn, tall trees, roses and shrubs, contains a gazebo with climbing plants. The large porch, accessible from everywhere on the ground floor, is furnished with a table and chairs for splendid alfresco meals and with comfortable sofas creating an outdoor lounge area.
The rectangular swimming pool, with a constant depth of 1.60 m, is easily accessible across the porch and solarium area provided with sunbeds and umbrella. Due to its central location it is the focus of the entire house as it is possible to look out of any of the rooms on to the interior patio and the pool. Lined in white PVC, the pool has a ladder access, chlorine purification and a cold-water shower. Thanks to the pool lights, guests can lie and soak in the beautiful summer nights: a tranquil holiday spent in an oasis of pleasure, overlooking the beautiful garden and surrounding hills, giving a foretaste of visits to the Barolo Langa that became recently part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and that includes the Castello di Grinzane Cavour, the Barbaresco hills, the Residenze Sabaude di Racconigi, Govone e Pollenzo, and other important sites reachable in few km by car from the villa. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
