This apartment in Phase 4 is highly furnished with comfort in mind. This phase is in an ideal location to all amenities and is only just a few minutes walk from the town centre, supermarket, gym, hairdressers, bank and golf club etc.

On the 1st floor, it is quickly accessible and is only a few steps away from the beautiful communal pool. Also available is a children's pool, shallow and smaller for their comfort. From the balcony you can watch the players as they pass the 17th hole, a very relaxing experience in the comfort of the home.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment, one double bed in one and the other bedroom has two single beds, which off course can be pushed together to form another double if required. The double bedroom has beautiful french doors which lead out onto the balcony and again has the pool side view.

The apartment has a spacious balcony which can be used in the evening to relax. It is equipped with a table, 2 single chairs and a double chair and also 2 loungers. It is beautiful on a warm evening to sit and relax out here in the peace and tranquility.

There is an additional double sofa bed in the lounge which also includes a 26" TV, DVD player, cd player, and sky tv (all u need to do is bring your card from home). There is a table and 6 chairs in the lounge also.
The lounge and bedrooms are also equipped with full air-conditioning units, a must for the hot summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The bathroom also consists of sink, toilet, bath with an overhead shower. All towels and bed linen is supplied.

There is a beautiful outdoor pool and a baby pool right outside my apartment. This is great for kids of all ages. There is also a lift available for use and if needed for wheelchairs. There is a baby park located at the rear of my apartment which keeps the kids amused. A few streets down past where my apartment is, there are 2 large tennis courts which are great fun.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
