From the well-equipped kitchen to the contemporary designed and furnished living space which opens airily onto the surrounding sea facing terraces, there is little need to stray from the private pool and gardens. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Villa will be clean with fresh linen/towels on arrival. For stays longer than 10 nights a half-term linen/towel change is included and quick clean. Additional cleaning/laundry available at guest cost payable locally. Please enquire. Pool towels provided.

The terraces provide the perfect outside 'lounge' offering guests superb panoramic views of the Aegean sea, islands and surrounding hillside.
PRIVATE POOL
The PRIVATE pool is 7.5m x 4m and has 3 full width steps at the head leading into its 1.4m depth. There are 6 sun loungers and 2 shade umbrellas as well as the covered pergola for shade. There is also a pool shower and two purpose built bench seating areas with padded cushions. One down by the side of the pool is perfect for Sunset cocktails, the other is a comfortable shady place to sit and drink in the views during the day.
SHARED POOL
A short walk away takes guests to the large SHARED pool (with shallow end) for young children.
TERRACES & BBQ
There are sun and shady terraces across the front and side of the villa with a dining table, 6 chairs and Weber gas BBQ/utensils positioned for al-fresco dining in the 'conservatory' which has full length sliding glass panels. This enables the dining area to be open during the summer months and, with the glass panels slid to, encases the area into a dining room with a view during cooler weeks.
The kitchen patio is open for taking in the sun but has shade provided by the umbrella.
The decor of the inside spills outside as two purpose built stone and wood bench style sofas have been made and upholstered in the same shade as the internal lounge fabrics. Perfect for sunset cocktails.
Lawned private gardens wrap around the side and back of Roya providing quiet places to sit and read.
BEACH/RESTAURANTS/SHOP
At lunch or dinner time, a 3 minute drive takes you to the restaurants lining Gumusluk Bay. OR, you can walk downhill to the Bay in 10/15 minutes. Yalikavak is a 15 min or so drive in the opposite direction.
En-route to Gumusluk Bay you will pass a Bakal 'corner shop' which is open all hours and perfect for daily fresh bread and essentials. This is a 5 minute walk from Roya.
