Chalet Croix des Pècles, sleeps 10 : a large (210sqm) popular, comfortable and modern chalet, located in the desirable Les Pècles area of Chamonix. Conveniently located a short and flat 3 minute walk to the town and skiing, and with mountain views from all windows.

A large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a fireplace and 55" flat screen Smart TV opens onto a sunny, south facing balcony with spectacular and uninterrupted Mont Blanc views.

The chalet is located in the desirable Les Pècles area and sleeps up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, arranged to suit your needs. With spectacular uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc and a stones throw from the many shops/bars and restaurants the location couldn't be better. Following a challenging day on the slopes you can have dinner enjoying the mountain views and then curl up in front of the large fire, or head into town to one of the many restaurants.

There are 5 bedrooms, one of which is a large master suite running the full length of the chalet, and a second is a large separate Studio. Free wifi is available throughout the chalet.

The large open-plan living area is furnished with comfortable sofas arranged around a 3-sided glass fireplace. A 55" HD flat screen Smart TV is provided along with wood for the fire. The living area leads onto a sunny dining area which is perfect for cosy dinner parties. Both the living and dining areas have large panoramic windows which open out onto a full length south facing balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular Mont Blanc and surrounding mountain views.

The dining area leads into a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, fitted with a new German kitchen and including a large induction hob, double ovens, an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, freestanding microwave and a toaster. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking items are provided.

There is new oak flooring and underfloor heating throughout the open plan living/dining and kitchen area.

Bedroom 1 :

The master bedroom is a large suite consisting of an en-suite bathroom room, a separate walk-in dressing room, a private balcony and fitted with a king sized bed. Floor to ceiling windows open onto the south facing balcony, again with Mont Blanc views. The master en-suite has recently been refurbished into a luxury bathroom with freestanding bath, double basins, freestanding shower, a designer black and white toilet and a chrome heated towel rail. The bathroom has a tiled floor with underfloor heating. The walk-in dressing room has ample storage, a large mirror and a small dressing table.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 :

There are 2 twin bedrooms, fitted with 2 single beds each (90cm wide). One of these bedrooms can be made up into a double bedroom on request. Both have wooden floors and mountain views.

Bedroom 4 :

This double bedroom is equipped with a double bed, which is a sofa bed but which is fitted with a full-thickness mattress for comfort. This room features a 40"TV, mountain views and has wooden flooring with underfloor heating.

This bedroom can be converted into a study for flexications, equipped with a desk and chair. Please request this option when booking.

Bedroom 5 :

Bedroom 5 is a Studio located on the ground floor of the chalet. It has a double bed, kitchenette and en suite shower room and has direct access to the garden with Mont Blanc views.

The modern family bathroom consists of a large walk in-shower, twin basins, a designer black and white toilet, a chrome heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

Boot room:

On the ground floor there is a large boot room with ample seating and storage for boots, skis and equipment. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Facilities:

The chalet has WiFi access throughout and a hairdryer is provided in each bedroom. All beds have high quality pocket-sprung mattresses, goose feather duvets and pillows and quality bed linen. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for guests.

Outside:

To the front of the chalet is private off road parking for 2 cars.

The chalet is surrounded by garden. To the rear of the chalet is a sunny, south facing garden with a flat lawn and stunning mountain views of Mont Blanc. A bbq and outdoor table and chairs are provided in the summer.

The chalet is in an excellent location with amenities and transport all being very close to the chalet. The town centre with its shops, restaurants and supermarkets is a 3 minute flat walk. The flat walk is important as many chalets are on steep hillside. There are several bus stops within 3 mins of the chalet and the main bus station at Chamonix Sud is a 5 minute walk. The train stops close by at Les Pecles et Les Moussoux on demand.

The local ski area of Brèvent is a 10-12 minute walk and the closest ski shop is only 50m.
