This detached modern Villa is ideal for family vacations and fun in the sun. Its located in a modern seaside high standard urbanization in a quiet and relaxing environment were you are away from crowds, but still close to lowely Nerja and other attractions. Its conveniently located in Torrox Costa (best weather in the midterranian) with 5-10 min walk from Penencillo Beach, 15 min walk to supermercado, 20 min walk to shops and more restaurants in Torrox and a 5-10 min drive or busride from Nerja. Penoncillo Beach is a less crowded natural beach with several good beach restaurants, but its close to other more developed beaches in Torrox and Nerja as well. There are are terraces and balconys with sea views fitted with garden furniture and a barbeque.

The property has its own private garden and pool (3X5 m heating with surcharge) as well as access to two larger communal pools and gardens as well as a private secure garage.

The Villa is spacious, modern, fitted with airconditioning/heating (limited use included in price), very well maintained and fitted for 6-8 adults but has a couple of extra beds for an occational visitor (linen will however only be provided for 6 people unless requested). The layout is a master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuit bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds in each and a shared bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen, living room. There is also a large basement apartment (not intended for living) where we have some exercise equipment and a bar, but is mainly used for storage. The Villa comes with plenty of toys that can be used by small guests. There are two TV's with home entertainment/DVD-players as well as 10 MB fiber/WIFI internet access. There is satellite TV but we don't subscribe to a specific plan so channels come and go, but we do have a rather large collection of Bluerays.

There is a meter for the aircon, mainly to avoid a situation where somebody turns the ac on full blast and opens the windows. We have never had reason to charge anybody for excessive use, and won't unless its some form of abuse.

This was the guest from hell. Complained about everything, but didn't want it fixed when we offered to. Lied in the booking about how many that were staying in the house and made a mess. I let them stay for one night free, just to get them out, but lo and behold they wanted to stay another night for free, which we respectfully declined. I have heard from others that you should not rent to spanish guest, and this guest certainly confirmed that.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Björn (the owner) a message.

If Björn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
