Ice cold, brand new, AC installed for the hot, Colorado summer days. Ute 302 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a private balcony and great views of Aspen Mountain. Located on the east side downtown Aspen, it is just a few short blocks to the Ajax Mountain gondola and Aspen's downtown core with world-class dining, shopping, and nightlife. It includes one covered off street parking spot. It is a roomy condo that can sleep up to six people with a queen-sized bed in the master, and a queen and a double bed in the second bedroom. Upon entering the condo, to your immediate right you will find a bench to take your ski boots off and plenty of space to hang your coats, store your boots and your gear. Other features include a full kitchen and dining area, a washer and dryer, wireless internet, one designated off-street parking space, flat screen TVs, a wood-burning fireplace, and iPod dock stations.

Thank you for your review, we're sorry you had trouble with the DirecTV reception during your stay. The satellite dish was located on the roof of the condominium building where at least 5 feel of snow was located which caused us an access issue in terms of being able to get to dish to fix the connection issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding during the time it took us to get the problem resolved. The TV reception issue has been corrected and the TV service is back up and running. The shower in the master bedroom is a little weird, it is an individual hot tub with a shower head above it which is located in a part of the Master Bedroom, good pictures are posted on our website for this specific unit. Some of our guests that have back pain or other ailments that a hot tub can fix have loved this shower and hot tub combo set up but you are correct, it is not something you see everyday in a condominium master bedroom. The second bathroom as you have explained does have a large walk in shower that is wonderful, we are glad you had a nice stay with us and we thank you for your review.
