This home has everything that you, your family and friends will ever need and more! Walt Disney World Resort® is only 2 traffic signals away. This luxury South West facing pool home, completed in June 2005, has 6 bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms and will accommodate 12 people plus infants comfortably. The private 30ft x 14ft pool and spa has a large, extended decking area around it and is complemented by a 40ft x 10ft porch providing some shade. All towels and bed linen will be supplied.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and when traveling with a large group, an "out of this world" kitchen is a must! A large kitchen island doubles as bar seating, so the family can chat with the chef as he works his magic! State of the art appliances, and enough serving dishes, cookware and place settings to serve a small army, this kitchen has eveything!

A full tummy only means one thing: A good nights sleep! It's impossible to have a bad night in one of these luxury bedrooms!

This home is Pet Friendly, You will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional Non Refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first pet and $50 plus tax for additional approved pets. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract.

Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community, with manned Gate House, located in West Kissimmee. The community is surrounded by Conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the heart of the community. Once inside, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve. The resort facilities are further enhanced at the Clubhouse with an open air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym; Tiki Bar, Business Center, Sand Volleyball, Tennis Courts, as well as a meeting room for informal gatherings. In the internet café area, computers are provided for guests use.

The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts and a trail for walking, jogging or biking winds through the community's natural woodland setting. This is the place to be after a hectic day at the parks.

PLEASE NOTE:

Pool/Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening.

Pool/spa heat is available as an optional amenity.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
